The Lily Hotel

A true 5 star experience! Everything was clean, staff was extremely well trained, room service was great. Rooms were big, and comfortable. Bathroom was nicely maintained, had a shower and a bathtub, with lots of other amenities. The hotel had a nice pool with an amazing view among other facilities. The food was nice, and breakfast buffet had plenty of options to choose from. I have nothing bad to say

The staff is a but slow, but the hotel is really good. Gives a good vibe. Pool was not clean and free to use and they do offer a variety of services (chargeable) for spa and saloon. Room service is good and the restaurant also serves tasty food (Veg). If you are looking for budget stay (stay away) but if a little luxury you look for, go for it. Also it is close to market and various other entertainment avenues and malls. You can not bring outside food or beverage as per hotel policy (but can hide it in your bags and get away with it). The mini bar is quite expensive.

We went there while returning from Tirupati Rushivan Resort. Ordered Kathiyawadi food for family members. Food was really good and delicious. We all liked it. Paneer tikka was too good. Ambience was great to dine in. Had a great time with family! Will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A fabulous ambience with the great taste of Pizza, Fast Food & Burgers no other Restaurant match the decorum of DEVOUR. Services are best in the town in term of hospitality $ Staff Behavior.

Very Poor hotel, Manager ZULFIKAR HUSSAIN
passport Number P5179512 is fraud, his behaviour is very poor and always try to cheat the people coming from outside Guwahati, He himself wrote Good Review about the hotel on TripAdvisor which is illegall.

I recently dined at this hotel’s restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The waitstaff went above and beyond to treat my parents and me with utmost care and respect. Very good place for a lovely experience. You can visit with your family, friends or your love one and have great time there. Breakfast buffet has great variety and you'll love it. They also have coffee counter and dinner and lunch options available. The behaviour of the staffs were very good and cooperative. I definitely recommend you to stay. Worth the money spent.

Quality of Foods in this Lily Hotel is very poor and all stale foods Nothing is fresh either in breakfast or Dinner. Service here is also poor.

An easily accessible place.
Lots more than required energy is consumed by the establishment, which is bad considering the global warming concept. They should make maximum use of natural light and wind, which are not done there.

Went to Guwahati on work trip and stayed at Lily Hotel.
It is centrally located to main markets, malls and restaurants.
The room was big although it could have been better cleaned, especially the beddings and towels.
Breakfast had a good spread though dont expect great tasting food.
There is a pool on the 4th floor which i never used.
All in all worth it.

Very Nice Hotel with all modern facilities for doing CORPORATE SEMINARS, GetTogether parties, etc. Etc.parking facility isavailable here

Rooms have noise of kitchen Exhaust.

Looks like a 4star hotel but maintainance is below standard. Located in 6mile one of the posh areas of Guwahati. Overall quality is good but can offer much better.

It is good in all respect and is.located at a prime location. It is just opposite to Department of Agriculture Assam at Khanapara.

Worst service rooms are too expensive and quality of service are very poor taken ac room with full of mosquitoes. Mosquito coils also not provided by hotel buyied our own.said to be 4star hotel but service is poorer then 1 star hotel. Worst experience. Never ever book this hotel. Swimming facility never available here. Food also not good. Room service very poor

Nice property with great facilities.restaurant is litle bit costly.buffet lunch is available.i guess Lunch buffet will be at the price of 799 + Taxes as applicable.but the problem is only one non veg main course (chicken). No Mutton and No FIsh.as my experience.if now they have changed the menu then i dnt knw.

Situated in a strategic location (nearby to shopping malls and restaurants). The bar here is a good place to have some beer and relax. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

The service was quite great and very quick. Hot seated quickly and at a nice spot. The servers were very polite and respectful. The food was piping hot and tasted great. The starters are the best and one can eat them all day long. The main course of awesome and a lot of variety in ice cream.overall a good amazing and its definitely worth visiting,

It was nice staying there. The service was good but the food was good but not great. It is near vivanta taj hotel in jayanagar-sixmile region. It is a 3 star hotel and the rooms are excellent. It is guaranteed you will enjoy your stay there.

This hotel is beautiful, especially the outside area. But the sitting area in the lounge seems too cluttered with heavy sofas. It is difficult to move between the chairs. The staff is just okay. Not everybody is equally polite and prompt. The food is okay.

Well its a very gud place for your ptofessional and social meet ups, having a proper banquet makes it easier and apart from you definitely going have a pleasant stay experience.too

Beware of handing over ur vehicle keys to the staff of this hotel. If u do so, u might land up with a damaged car, followed by aggressive behaviour/revert from the management when brought to their notice.instead of being humble & sorry for the damage done to my friend's Mercedes car parked at their vallet recently, the management simply refused to accept the fact & came up with lots of lame excuses, sending him mails after mails.yet they didn't have the guts to show him the cctv footage.this kind of pathetic customer service/approach is very unexpected of any hotel in Guwahati.would never recommend this hotel

Good ambience. Nice clean rooms. Pathetic service especially in the dining hall. No care for customers. Chipped bowls. No tissues in the toilets. Hand driers not functioning, soap dispenser not working properly. Even after pointing this out, it was not rectified. One particular service attendant in the dining area named Rahul Chowdury was rude, and behaved as if it was below his dignity to attend to customers. No apology for significant delay in refills of food in serving bowls. Overall bad experience.
