I went sukhna lake several times but got to know about the garden today, nice place greenery flowers everything

Best place to visit in morning and evening. Best place to find your peace of mind and meditation

Amazing place to go and stroll in the evenings, during summers or even spring the mid day time can be very hot to visit Sukhna Lake.

Best time would be evening. Also, this is the backside of Sukhna Lake, Boating is available on the other side.

Next to lake Gautam Buddha statue brings out the joy
Have seen some kids practicing group dances

It’s a nice place to be visited alone or with your family-but for the public urinals which are most of the time blocked and stinking.

It's a place on the side of sukhana lake.natural beauty and Buddha's statue is mesmerizing. Worth going on a pleasant weather day.

Bhai meri life ka sabse acha experience full of peacefully shanti milti hai log phado me jate me yha ata hu

No facility for drinking water, and no stall or shops around. Water filters are there, but with dirty water.

Nice and quite place having statue of sitting Buddha which itself a symbol of peace adds beauty and meaning. Can't say garden as it's a very small patch of landscape along with with lake meant for joggers and yoga practitioners to do yoga and meditation. Not so safe for late-night and very early hours, just for precautionary measure

It was a great place, as they say it was really a garden of meditation with buddha, s statue as its center piece, it would have been much better if people would have been their for the purpose the park of build, but rather it was a chaos all around as it was near sukhna lake it was full of joggers and excercisers and it was not actually possible to meditate there, but overall it was a great experience, would recommend you to must visit in free time, it is nearby sukhna lake, and easily acessible

Very beatefule place, must to visit in Chandigarh. Long enbankment of Sukhuna lake for walking, running, paths for birdwatching. Very clean and comfortable garden with nice white statue of Buddha

Best place in India. Peace and nature are two special ingredients of this place. This place actually rejenuvates you and give you alot of energy. There is seperate path for joggers also. The joggers path is around 1800m. At the end there is museum also.

The good place when it's raining or when there is no sun. Not much to explore there but you will find silence there. That's true about it.

Peaceful place one can spend alot of quality time. One can also Exercise and meditate here in the morning and evening. It's quite 1800 metre from entrance of sukhna lake, but on can also get directly here through cab or personal vehicle

That's really the best of all you can u come at a time and nikhil is the best and you are the one that is tarah and nikhil and I have to go back and I have a lot to say to him but he doesn't know how much I will be happy with you but he will not let me know what happened and nikhil will be there and nikhil will come and see if she is tarah or not and nikhil will not come to her and I have no problem going back and she will be happy and nikhil is not going

Very peaceful place to visit even at late hours. Breeze and the lake view is a pleasant and refreshing combination with well maintained park on the side

Would've rated bit higher few years ago, nowadays the maintenance is not upto the mark. Few years ago there were soothing (blue and white) lights all over the place but now there aren't any or maybe are switched off most of the time. Although it still can make you at peace.:)

A very serene place in the lap of nature, An ideal place for early morning meditation and workout, an open space, located at the end of Sukhna lake.

Not very well manitained anymore. Looks fine at night though, when most of the garbage isn't particularly visible.

Very well conceived. Wonderful location next to the Sukhna lake. But poorly lit - can be hazardous while walking in the evening. Due to a lot of youngsters aimlessly hanging around, I feel the place is losing its sanctity of meditative silence.

Located at the far end of the Sukhna Lake, this is the first spot you see once you get out of your car

Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh,  India, is a reservoir at the foothills (Shivalik hills) of the Himalayas. This 3 km² rainfed lake was created in 1958 by damming the Sukhna Choe, a seasonal stream coming down from the Shivalik Hills.
 It features a seated Buddha. The garden is financed by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and developed by Chandigarh Administration. This is the latest monument in Chandigarh.

If you are a peace lover then this garden is definitely for you guys. The environment is so calm and serene.

Chandigarh authorities made it very good, but not good at its maintenance.
There is lack of cleanliness.
