Kalagram

The day before we were there just to check out, One person was using the wall as the washroom, it was like a yuck moment that in the day time he was peeing.
We came back & kalagram is in the Rejected list now.

Kalagram is situated in Panchkula Road, Railway Colony, Sector-13, Chandigarh. Kalagram is a beautiful craft village in the city. If you have come in Chandigarh then do not forget to visit here. In Kalagram, you will get to see mostly clay and handcraft art. People of all age groups can come here very comfortably. Many fairs are organized in Kalagram throughout the year.
In which handcraft stalls are set up, big artists present their work. There is a Punjabi style restaurant here where you can eat comfortably. In fact, this is a very beautiful Kalagram very close to Chandigarh Railway Station. Must include this in your Chandigarh travel list.

Taste is good with good options for vegeterian. Ambience is soothing. We went on Saturday and there was live music as well

Nice place just between Chandigarh and Panchkula.with banquet hall and few good resto away from down town of sector 7 pkl.where it's hell and mess.all foothpath roads varandas are illegally occupied and administration and local authorities have closed there eyes from a long time.why? One can easily understand some one is collecting hafta.corruption prevails.

Nice place of traditional fair, culture program. Maintained by Indian heritage & cultural department.

I simply love the fair, the way it is organised every year, the amazing food. The Diwali fair is a must visit.

I hv visited kalagram marriage palace situated on the road of Chandigarh Panchkula. Nice place marriage parties. Easy to find. Their catering was also good. Food was tasty.

Open air movie screening followed by silent disco was organised by students of PEC.
They arranged it really well. All in all, it was good experience.

We go every year here in november as it is an exhibition center and we love going there. If you 2 to 3 hours or more to pass.go there for great food and mulriple cultural activities.

Few months ago I participated here and there is alot of popularity I got because of my customised Perfumes which I made these from natural attars, about the kalagram there are lot partispate comes from different states of India one of the artisan from Kashmir bought his shawls for sale and one shawl attracted to me and I asked him I would to try, without any objection and friendly neighbourhood shop mine he said ok brother, I just wears it and felt so warm a special feel and I asked him the price he said it's cost of 1.5 lakhs and what work it is, I shocked first thing about price but it worth it it's called (pashmina wool) rare specious wool and about the kalagram there is a lot famous Punjabi singers comes here and lot of crowed come here to see them and enjoy with Punjab pop and different kind of food this craft exhibition is organised by NZCC For craft persons

Great mixture of culture in Kalagram. It's a very different experience there having different kind of cultures in Kalagram.

Kalagram ground is very big and easily noticable from the road and it is situated in a good location too. There will be no rush so you will enjoy freely and there held many events because they are very big and there are not any playing source for small childrens but environment is amazing and mostly used for events purpose

Great hub for art and cultural activities. Pretty much spacious and very nicely maintained. Kalagram is the most active and happening center for fine art activities.
