Staff and manager were very good. Need to upgrade toilet. Please don't high prices of food and drink.

I have ordered online by Swiggy but iteams were missing when I asked Swiggy delivery boy he said McDonald’s handed over one bag only but I have paid full payment and the numbers provided by them even on bill are not picked up what type of service they are providing?

Out of 3 Ordering machines only 1 was in working condition and not accepting cards. So I went to BK instead. Really disappointing in store experience. 22nd June was the day I visited.
What’s the point of self ordering when you can’t maintain the system?

Yummy burgers and drinks and many more. Great atmosphere to dine in. Ordering is super convenient. Must visit.

If only the store in-charge could behave well. We were 2 adults and nine kids for lunch today. The store in-charge (lady) told that they won't allow joining of tables. Still we managed to sit together on nearby tables, we obviously had a bulk order. First, they told they cannot bring the order as they have less staff, so we ourselves got it. Thereafter, they refused to give us 9 trays for 9 meals ordered. A meal has a burger, fries and drink, how can two meals be shared in 1 tray? We had to order some more items one by one just to get extra trays. Very customer unfriendly behavior.

Mcodnald is always a great place to go. This 35 sector Mcdonald got a revamped look and now it looks fabulous.

Yes On a sunday, You will a full packed house with 10-15 minute waiting time

Not my way to have lunch. Greasy, not clean, food …

As It’s a Global Brand so food is good for sure But they should something with Handel more order and fast delivery of food rest all Good

The consistent quality, as expected from Mcdonalds. They did follow Covid protocols and checked my vaccination certificate before letting me enter, which is a good thing

Update: They have installed ordering kiosks where we can select, place our order and make payment all by ourselves. This is actually a good thing of people who like to take some time in ordering, choose or not choose extras.overall good addition. But they may need to increase the number of kiosks as it can be crowded at times. Currently there are three.still faster than earlier counter system. Also they have added hot coffee series, which is also good.

Too much rush all time, sitting is basement, only one staff, better avoid
Ground floor sitting only 3 to 4 chair
