Worst experience ever. It was really pathetic. Better' to go to Max hospital because, neither of them have humanity and sensibility. They are rude, the place is like.no understanding, no sympathy.just like hell.moreover, miscommunication is also very common here, they have the capability to change their statements within a click of seconds. Either, some have short term memory loss. Not everyone.but the staff on the ground floor is very supportive (3 people are doing all the documentation).

Excellent management despite 100s of candidates. Everything was very organised. We tried another centre before this but that required standing in the queue at 5am and taking till 4pm to finish. We got done in less than 60 mins here.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews
They are trying to organise a huge number of patients in a systematic way.

I needed test for uk visa
Points
1) need to take prior appointment
2) try to be on time
3) original passport, one passport copy (first and last page, identification pages only), passport size photograph with white background.
4) Fee payment UK TB test which is 2500rs.
5) the staff answers ur queries politely only.
5) waiting time is more so keep ur 3-3.5 hours free when u come here, it's obvious as there are lot of people coming for different countries visas and all countries have different requirements. So have patience.
Eat well and come as u may feel hungry soon.

I reached at 12.10 pm at the centre and got free with the report at 3.15 pm.

Very bad experience. The gown for xray are so big for some of us that I was almost bare chested bare back. It was awkward because they have a male technician in female xray room. He gave me a alme excuse that the gown is big so that the neck size is big in order for xray be done. The staff is very rude including the doctors. There is no sitting arrangement.the elderly stand for long hours. There is no shoe rack to keep the shoes when they ask to remove and go inside to get checked. Shoes are everywhere. There is no strict mask policy as many come with TB. Someone who comes at 9am leaves at 1pm. It's chaos.

Had my medical examination today. Everything is very professional. Staff and doctors are very polite. Everything is well organized including washrooms, neat and clean gowns, proper waiting area. I really recommend it for immigration medicals.

I am very impressed by the polite behaviour of staff truly professional.there are female staff available for female candiates even female doctor is available. There process is very smooth. They guide each candidate about next step.highly recommended.

They don’t offer cashless payment services. Going cashless not only eases one’s life but also helps authenticate and formalize the transactions that are done. I request the embassies to tell them opt for cashless/digital/UPI payment option.

This place does not even deserve the one star. Horrible guy at the reception who was very rude, can't believe such mannerless people are working in a hospital. Taking so long to upload the medicals even after calling them several times. Do not recommend for immigration medical at all. Horrible people with horrible service. Absolute trash!

Best place to get IME's done. Staff is very polite. All are helpful. Charges are reasonable. I personally suggest this centre for IME.

Best place for Visa medical. I have done my UK medical here. All process was very smooth. All staff was very helpful. My appointment was at 1: 30pm and i got my medical certificate at around 4: 30pm.

Very disappointing with the receptionist who took my cll today on dated 20/7/2022 at 10: 10am I called the center and she was rude and was persistent to book appointment and was not ready to give any information regarding the test I was asking she had no sense how to talk to customers I would like to address the seniors to look into this because you are surely loosing business because of such unprofessional staff. Not recommend at all for any immigration medical purpose as my all reports to E medical was send wrong when i done the test from other lab it was okay but it affected my visa application badly that is on Hold Now

Best place to get medical done at affordable price. Staff is very helpful. They strictly follow the Covid-19 guidelines that's why they don't allow attendants inside the clinic premises ie to avoid unnecessary crowd.

Best place to get medical done. I called them on 17.05.2022 to get appointment for my mother, after hearing my situation the reception staff provided me appointment of next day. Staff is very helpful and polite. They follow proper COVID restrictions. I really recommend this place for Australia medical.

Attendants are not allowed in Clinic they stay outside in heat or sit in car with ac on wasting fossils and money. Otherwise you ask your elders, your loved ones to go alone because Attendants are not allowed in Clinic because they dont have enough sitting capacity.
