Deserted place. One won't find anyone here. Though it's official symbol of Chandigarh but it's location is at the end of Chandigarh and no one visits here
The open hand sculpture, designed by Le Corbusier in France, is built in concrete in a capital complex parking lot. Foreigners are required to have a passport check before entering the area, and the High Court can only see the inside of the High Court if it has a prior permission. There is also a high court museum on the driveway. Admission is free.
