I am very very happy to share that I received my Visitor Visa within 5 days of putting up the case. When I had visited them, the consultant I was asked to meet told me they don't deal with Canada PR PNPs, they only deal with usual Express Entry. I don't think that is the case, looks like some miscommunication from their end.

I have ordered one Study table on 2nd Sep 2020 and they have confirmed online that they will deliver the product within 6-8 weeks. The product was actually due on 4th November 2020, but still I didnt receive and again they are saying that it will take 2to 3 more weeks to deliver. I have already waited for more than 2 months and I do not have patience to wait further more. Please confirm if you can deliver the product immediately or else, Please refund our money.

She guided me through all the procedures required to file the visa. My visa process took a lot more time than expected due to the pandemic but she frequently updated me on the situation and took constant follow up and would even clear out the vague queries that I had.
