It was an amazing experience. The food, rooms, service, location, everything is wonderful.

I did visit this beautiful resort recently for 2 days going here regularly as My Parsi Agyari tempel is in udwada near the resort Daman is also near the Resort so you can go to beach Service very good staff good food was nice it's owner Brijendra Singh Parmar looks after each gest personally and that does make a difference favorite of my father Bejan Daruwalla Ji

Great property! Poor management! Special manager called nandraj. He is not even Indian guy. He is Nepali and given higher post. And he don’t even know ABCD of hospitality. Treated us very rudely. Miss guide us on phone. Really sad there is so much unemployment in india and given such jobs to Nepali!

I enjoyed my recent Holiday to DG valley Resort and was really charged up. The food taste was fantastic and good services. Rooms are spacious and neat & clean. Theirs are many indoor games and outdoor games here to have fun. Swimming pool is amazing with kids and adults pool different. You can also enjoy ride their for 2 hrs from 4-6 pm.

My experience is Awesome in this palce I enjoyed alot over here the food was Awesome and water was clean natural things are there

Ranged it right from the beginning. My daughter's birthday was celebrated there.booked the cake from Baker's and More. Mr. Nandaraj himself picked up the cake for me.also switched on the water sports activitiy just for our family. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay

The place has large ground, swimming pool and water park. Water park is not open right now. They have either buffet or room service at present ; no a-la-carte.
The hygiene level is very low, cleanliness is not maintained, there were rats in the room.

I was very excited for my trip at Daman Ganga Valley Resort but i notified the shift member Nandraj who was less willing to accommodate us. It was a bad experience for me and had a worst time over there.

Worst resort ever i been no covid care taken. No one wear mask. Manager marketing was so rude with us. After we booked when we went they say we cant give u room now because we are full.

The service is quite indifferent and most staff members had a take it or leave it attitude. Not proper staff & hospitality. So I would think twice before going this resort again.

Total waste of money. Once you come to resort you will knows that ice cube charge is 1000₹ which is 5x more than TAJ Hotel.
But service is 50x worst than TAJ.
They are just manipulating people to pay high charge and get worst quality of service. Totally disaster. I will never come to this place anymore and advise everyone to not come here.

Without visiting I can say that they have worst service to offfer. They dont have any educated staff. They cant even respond to their bookings and top of that no courtsey to say sorry.

A typical bad experience, resort staff are not supportive, specially one person is there, his name Nandraj, getting very poor response and rude behavior. Very very poor service. I think they don't have proper staff in management.

Very bad! They are like taking money from customers and not providing any facilities at all. Waste of money much say to stay there.

I will never visit Daman Ganga Valley Resort resort due to the bad experience of that Nepali staff member. Poor service.

Very poor hospitality! Nandraj their desk manager was so rude even he was Nepali! Didn’t know how to speak with guest. I felt authority should not hire such Nepali staff who don’t know how to behave with people. I have 100k + follower on social media and I will put this review every where. Because of him this hotel will gone!

It was my first trip Silvassa, I was very happy for the adventure but a hotel staff ruined my whole trip. We stayed at the hotel but the hotel manager named nandraj, what to say it was zero service from his side.

Stay away from this resort becoz Very very poor service provided by resort manager of Nandraj. Not providing proper services even.doing bed behaviour.

It was ok
We could open any room with the same room card.
There was no lock system inside the room so anyone could open at anytime with any room card.
They do have a mini water park it was fun with rides and pool and all.
Nakshatra garden is quite near from there.

Good Food but breakfast is not so good. Very Good location near river front! Hygiene levels are maintained and kids / family can enjoy indoor and pool side water games / swimming.worth visiting once with family.

Worst resort i have ever seen.for breakfast you have to bagging.and rooms are so old furnished, dirty linens, back side valley is stinging and breading center of mosquitoes

Well organized. One striking feature is neatness and cleanliness. Food is below avaerage. This people do not know how a delicious panipuri tastes or how to make a testy chat-blindly mixed and served. No one cared to look at tidy up of room or topping up extra bottles of water in room. Most of game machines are out of order except a pool table which childern can not play.

Nice place to spend Vacation. Water Park is quite Clean and Hospitality is Good. Food is also Fine but Breakfast needs to little improve.

Room service is horrible. We literally had to wait for an hour for hot water which we never got.much later two room service guy turned up with a bucket of hot water

Nice location on the banks of Daman Ganga river. Rooms are very spacious and food quality is also very nice. They have courteous staff and helpful in every possible manner. Provides entertainment games like Air Hockey, Pool etc.

Went for an overnight stay & the experience was good.
Rooms and washrooms are clean, good food.
They have hugs premises which includes indoor games, swimming pool & polite staff.

Rooms are good but not clean, food is also average. I had to change the hotel due to food and cleanliness

We went there with a group of 37 colleagues. Kevin was the manager who was our coordinator. He arranged everything for us. The seperate banquet hall, buffet lunch and dinner. It is a huge property. We stayed with qudraple sharing. Clean bed, towel, shower gel shampoo was provided. Swimming pool was clean, the rides were 4 in numbers but we enjoyed a lot. As there were not many people apart from our group. They have area to play badminton, volley ball, cricket. You also have a river flowing near to property. I must say food both veg and non veg was awesome. They have many varieties for break fast from puribhaji, poha, fruits, omlette, dosa, juice. We went in July and was reasonable to us. Thinking of going with family soon to same place.

As the star suggest 5 stars in all the area, wonderful place to stay. Area, rooms, restaurant, bar, staff service, food everything is at par

Nice resort. But they don't have fully functional water park activities. It was closed when we went there. They could not start it because of some issues. Food was just okay.

The resort is at good location and good amount of green belt all around add value to the resort. Sevice and management need trained professionals. Deluxe room with balcony are very spacious. Reception service is ok. Food is expensive but quality and taste is good. Pool needs mainatainence.overall a good resort with ok and at times lethargic service.
Enjoy ur stay with nature all around.

Very old style upmarket hotel. In today's parlance more of a lodge. Will still rate better than Ras resort, since the reception team was little friendly and accomodating and because the breakfast although extremly unfriendly and slow was atleast tasty. Rooms need a makeover big time.
Just a note for the reception team, please be mindful that while you guys sit and work under the fans, you should also be alert to see that the lobby area fans are kept on, since it gets extremely hot during summers for your guests and your lobby doesn't have air-conditioner.

Decoration & the social function in the marriage hall r superb but only concerning area is wash rooms which r not hygienic and not cleaned. Food was superb arranged in mandap but the climate was full of heat being a summer season.

Went here once again. A neat and a clean resort with very welcoming staff. Great food, comfort. A perfect family destination.

Prices are very high compared to Normal prices. Kindly review the price for normal public. Or if resort is target for high class public

Front office manager doesn't had etiquette of speaking first of all he needs some special training for his behavior these one of the worse property which I had experience in my entire life

Food is great, rooms are wow, but they should fix their WiFi problem, and water in the swimming pool is not so clean.

It was my first experience the resort is good and the food is also yummy and the conference hall no words just see the pictures loved it.

A veru bad facilities. A. C was not working and water boiler also not work at time and a water slides are also worst so you want to go at DZ Valley Resort so go with lots of mamber and at season the rooms service are good not best

I checked in today I was charged as good as 4star hotel and they claim so but the facilities are like 1star they asked me to pay for dental and shaving kit even 1star hotel gives it complimentary also no wifi, few channels working they also don't haveh iron board if you come for official stay be prepared with everything i don't know how someone would recommend me this hotel for official trip I messed my three days since I already paid

This located at silvasa Dadar & Nagar haweli. Location is very good good climate peacefull place enjoyable place.
There's staff is also good and helpfull.
Service is good time to time every arrangement.
In this resort waterpark play area sitting area
Water sliding, swimming pool.
There is gym but not maintain by there's staff. There is DJ. System availability.
Reception area is very good.

Ok ok food, too many mosquitoes in the restaurant. Make sure you check your bill properly, I was charged for bottled water which I didn't even order or consume.

If you are in Silvassa and you are looking for best 5 star place to stay then your first choice should be Treat Resort but if you choose treat resort it's but inside and it's in Sayli village which is interior area, But if you want to live in Silvassa and want to enjoy the view of Daman ganga river and want to experience Portuguese type atmosphere you should stay here it is having bar, swimming pool, banquets hall, party hall, open air theater

I will like to say that they are totally money minded, every time they want money 1st. I have stayed there for 2-3 days and my kid wish to go in water park for that they charge me 300 Rs extra and I told ok will settle it at the time of check out but they started giving wage reply / excuses. Even I have paid half amount in advance at the time of booking they took full amount in advance at the time of check in, that is also strange things i have visited many hotels but no one behave in such manner.one person told something and when shift change other person say you something else.poor communication between staff better clear everything before choosing DGV Resort:)
They charge 300 Rs per person extra even if kid less then 4-5 years so un human when customer stays for 2-3 days they can make it free for 1 kids at least. I didnt found any thing special or like visiting again there.
At the time of check out they just give me the bill just like that only didnt keep in envelop:) they open door when any customer pass through but that is not the point to give them 4 STAR ;)
over all 2 - 3 Star better find other options if you can.
Last thing. Food is also ok ok.better visit "Valentino Restro" its near by only they have really nice and fresh foods and their are famous for bread / cake products also.do wish "Valentino Restro, Silvassa":)
