Very good experience.food was too good. Room was ok.staff was cooperative. They don't give us anything for anniversary celebration. Bt place is nice.

Only Pure Veg Resorts in entire area.

Big room, two queen size bed, decent balcony
Huge property
Nice food, particularly dinner had good options in buffet
Huge swimming pool, allowed us to swim till late evening.
Happening place, lot of people were staying that weekend.
They have a bar as well.

Very poor reception. Even the staff at reception was very dull and unwelcoming.
Bathroom too small, even water pressure was too low.
Towel were clean but quality was poor.
No room service menu was provided.
Service overall was okay but not great.

Book you stay with food, you won't regret.

Food was very good the rooms were ok the overall experience was good first time I saw there is hi tea in package it was nice keep it up and keep on doing good

We went there on Diwali, no body attended us initially, upon asking, a lady on reception who was BUSY on mobile. In 10 seconds she told me that 10000 per room, all meals. Check out at 9am. I went there around 5.30pm. She responded that I must check out at 9am and then go there for lunch. She was rude and blunt. No one greeted for Diwali, forget that but talked as if I can't afford.

Only issue is to reach there from train.
Hotel management will provide pick up- drop up service from railway station at affordable prices.

Khanvel resort is absolute value for money spent. Good food, good service, great bar, wonderful premises with well maintained greenery and elegant rooms. You get everything at reasonable price. You choose any angle and you will get a great pic in the premises.
They have great indoor activities. There are numerous board games available in the bar. The swimming pool is big enough. Outdoor activities are not properly maintained.
I have lost the count of my visits to this resort, maybe it was 7th this time.
I'm giving 1 star less coz they need to maintain their rooms better. There seems to be no regular checks for bathroom fittings, lights and bulbs, and other electronic equipments.
Suggestion: They should include the adventure activities in one of the lawns.
Over all experience: Wonderful!

Very very very good hospitality, food and service. Rates are reasonable. Location enjoyable. Good for 3 yrs kid to 80 yrs old.
Rooms and aminities are superbs.

Just don’t know here to begin with…. No value for money at this place. To begin with they should only accommodate that many guests that they can manage. They take in so many guests that instead of a quite getaway it becomes a Get Loud Party. Now about the rooms…. Not up to the mark. No cleanliness, no maintenance of Equipments in the room. Now let’s talk food… again a failure whether taste or quality. The only good thing was the evening games and the live singing at the dinner. No cleanliness across the resort. Rude staff. The only plus point of this place is the WORTH RECOMMENDING SPA. Professional and Knowledgeable staff.

Overall not worth recommending to anyone nor will this place will be visited again.

The stay was good. Rooms good but bathrooms not maintained.curtains dirty.
Food - had 4 meals package b/f lunch hi tea dinner. Breakfast was good. Since day 1 there was dalfry in lunch and dinner till day 3.repeatedly.talked with food manager.said why you see only one item.focus on others.some food too spicy for senior citizens.hi tea sandwiches were served for first few minutes then said not available hardly they were served.ambience was good games n live songs was good.
CORONA Measure not followed at all.
No sanitization no masks.nor for guests nor for staff.
HOPE THEY TAKE ACTION INSTEAD OF JUST SENDING A STEREO TYPE REPLY.

good natural places near resort like water reservoir and rivers.

We loved our stay in the resort, good property, spacious room, great food.

Initially we faced issues from the reception staff but later on it got resolved.

Resort is good and well maintained. Loads of options for recreational activity. Food is also good. Swimming pool and water activities were nice (minus the mosquitoes)
The only con- people with disability will find it difficult to travel inside the resort freely

Not nicely maintained. Since it is in existence for more than 15 years it appears not much efforts are to maintain it. Food even is so so. No basic amenities available. One should look at alternate options considering the charges and what you get in returns. You get locked since you pay everything while you check-in.

Housekeeping services are poor and there is a great scope of improvement. However, food quality and variety is really good. There is no system to follow basics in this this corona pandemic time.

We attended a wedding here last year, and some thieves took off with our laptops phones and clothes from our room. The resort owner got the stuff back from the cops but refused to give it our family or courier it to us.he stopped picking our calls and everytime we call with a new number he will pick up and give us new reasons to avoid giving us our stuff.

Excellent stay and too good gujju food to enjoy with all indoor facilities, games and disco.too good venue for group picnic and corporate gathering.

As per my satisfaction, I am not much happy with rooms. Otherwise food n staff are good. Deluxe rooms are not very much good.

A must go vacay spot for people of Maharashtra, Gujarat as well as surrounding places.

Location is good. But in covid neither the staff nor the guests were wearing mask. Even catering staff was also not wearing masks.no one was found sanitizing near pool table, carrom, table tennis area. One cannot order food in room so you need to be strong enough to take the risk of going to Air conditioner restaurant where all are moving without mask.

Rooms were cleaned. On request it was sanitized again.

Food was good, they can put varities of sweets and live sweets instead of what was served.

Well made and well maintained resort, the rooms are nine and spacious. The food is also delicious, however the service has room for improvement. Lovely place for family picnics.

Its a lovely destination, has a small waterpark of its own. Pure vegetarian food spread was awesome in buffets. Service was very prompt. All rooms had two double beds was a pluss. Room might need bit of repairs and finish here are there. Absolutely recommended for families and groups.

This hotel is worst i ever seen. Mgmt dont have courtesy to provide good service. We have faced worst experience. The rooms were not at all maintained. The location is far far away from Silvassa. They charged only high tariff & same not worth. They are very slow services. Food qualilty is bad. I can only advise pls pls dont book this hotel even in free of charge.

The bathroom can still be little better with a little more addition to toiletries.

But do visit here to relax on a weekend.

One of the best resorts in silvassa. Deluxe, cottage, family rooms are available. Rooms are spacious with well maintained and clean washroom. The balcony view is also good.swimming pool is good for organizing pool parties. The resort is located in the outskirts which makes the stay more peaceful.

This resort is spread in beautiful huge and vast area. The rooms are are nice and big but need to be spruced up and maintained. Authentic Gujrathi food was lovely! Overall a good stay but could have been better!

A beautiful place to hangout in weekends. Around 3.5-4 hours from nashik. It is full of greenery. The ambience is also very nice. It is actually a very big resort with Good rooms, a big swimming pool, kids garden, disco room, big dinning hall with fine food of good variety, snooker table, an awesome bar with a big screen TV to watch sports. Even destination weddings can be done here. It also had live music while dinner time on weekends. Overall a good experience.

Very nice place for destination wedding. Good place nice greenery you enjoy the tree, food and service too.and there a dam beside the resort so have look over there and there is butterfly park and place to enjoy.

Ok food. Cigarette smelling room. Empty fragrance diffuser bottles. Power fluctuations. Unclean pool water. Limited staff. List goes on.

It has awesome rooms and very good hospitality. Best part is it is very clean n food is awesome with almost each n every cuisine available in dinner. Kids and family place.

Don't visit khanvel. Visit river touch resort. Don't go with fame.good staff and services as well as low cost will get you at river touch resort. Just 1 km far from khanvel.

Good place to go for 1 night, however More events and safety measures are required.food is prepared only keeping Gujrati crowd in mind.
