A perfect getaway and picnic spot for families. One can enjoy boating in the lake. The lake is created due time a dam and the water is generally clean. The boating experience is relaxing and too good. When in the middle of the lake it is so calm and quite. Food options are less and such a beautiful place needs some cleanliness

Very good point for freshness in mansoon. It's hot in summers but you can visit this place in mansoon. This is super beautiful place in rain ️. Scenery around this is beautiful. But they are overcharging for boating.
Overall this place is worth visiting in mansoon, you may spend 2-3 hrs.

Lovely experience, for a couple and family enjoy lake view and peace with just water around you. Charges are pocket friendly 400 INR for a group of 5 or a couple for 30 mins. Just sit back and relax in the shikara boat

Expensive visit, no more entertainment for anyone, road are biggest bad condition, no more food option, this place have only boating for 1 or half hours. Means time wasted only for boating in lake.

Boating experience was good. It was good spot in nature heart. 3-4 hours Good time pass.
But no place for Toilet.

It was breathtaking experience there.its full of covered by natires blessings.something I missed there is no proper facility of Restarunts etc.also needed much maitance to the properties there and cleanliness was short. But overall why we go there is to enjoy nature its at best there. River boating never you gonna miss. It was memorable always.enjoyed a lovely time over there.

One of the best place to visit to chill. The view us just so relaxing. I would recomend to visit in winter

Nice place. The boats are like shikara. Food availability is minimum and u won't get everything on the menu.
As a weekend gateway for few hours this is a nice place to be.

Very good picnic spot. But carry your own food and water. Wash rooms are good and clean. But no place to rest there on the river bank. No restaurant. No bus service. No public transport.

A beautiful and serene lake located at Dudhni village in Silvassa. This lake is known as 'Dal lake of Gujarat' or 'Kashmir of the West'. The boats resembles the Shikara boats of Dal lake in Kashmir. The boat ride costs Rs. 300 per hour. There are some snacks & tea stalls near this lake. It is a must visit place in Silvassa.

Its beauty is spoiling by visitors.govt should ban on use of plastic bags and polithine.we are spoiling nature.

Best boating point on Silvassa. Visit small hut Prajwal dhaba here for homemade food. He make delicious chicken (desi plus broiler). Nitesh is the owner of Dhaba. The cost of boating is 300/- for whole family. In summer water is less but in Winter water is full in the dam.

Boating in this lake feels like you are in heaven.very very peaceful place. If you like lake and need peace then it is a perfect place. Looking sunset from boat in this lake is great, speachlees experience.

Best site for a boating ride and sight seeing. They will cost you 300 for half, and 350 for an hour, and max 4 person can accomodate in single boat. You can take snacks and drinks with you as well. There will take you to a small garden which is very beautiful and mesmerizing. A small dhaba is also built for lunch and dinner which is located across lake. The way to dudhni end is smooth but with hilly roads and sharp turn. A full of adventurous and thrill ride which will fill you with excitement. Nice place to explore nature

Good Picnic spot. There is a long wait for boating. During summers the lake may be dried up with no water. Still, good weekend destination for Gujjus especially South Gujjus. Also, Dadra Nagar Haveli being an Union Territory don't forget to enjoy chilled Beers.

This is a serene place with stunning view. The boat ride on offer can be availed at Rs. 300 for just the lake return ride for 4 people or Rs. 350 with the garden sightseeing. Boat ride is for 30 minutes and the boat man are the local village people.

Many food stalls are there in the ghat area and the prices are okay. Generally November to January is the season time here. You will also enjoy the car ride to here with stunning bends and curves. You will enjoy driving on the roads leads to this point.

I went there for a trip with my family a total of 15 people we booked the dormitory it was large enough and had 2 washrooms which were very clean.and also they serve authentic konkani food. I loved it especially the Sol kadhi.would definitely visit again

- They gave varieties of boats parked and charges differs as per the seat arrangements.
- Tickets can be booked at the counter, right next to the lake.
- It includes a visit to the opposite river bank, which has a well maintained park.
- You can get cucumber, corn, ice cream, chips, etc to munch in during your ride. These are available bear the ticket counter.
- They have made a beautiful place next to the river to seat. Very clean and you can experience the whole 180 degree view of the lake while enjoying the cool breeze.

Very nice and beautiful place to spend your day out. A lot of people go to dudhani for one day picnic. Boat rides are available here at 200rs per person for 1 hour.

A very nice quite and calm place near dudhani lake which form due to creation of madhuvan dam on daman ganga river. Greenery is all there. Some good hotels are available there at very reasonable price. Do not miss of sikara boating at very low price. It is 40 km away from silvasa. You will definitely enjoy of this magnificent tour and stay of this place. Realese of tension here and enjoy beautiful creation of nature.

Very silent place I would say. You may find very less visitor over there which is really good. You may not find many accommodations or food options there so be prepare for that. You may visit Van Vihar Hotel for dine in. Overall this place is really very beautiful covered with true nature. Entire journey to this point is amazing. You must try local snacks which they make early morning like onion pakora at local stalls. You must love that.

This is one of the silent place I ever found.
One should ride on bike to enjoy the weather and thrill.
Don't forget to take snacks because it also has garden with cool atmosphere and beautiful view point.

We visited this place in pre picnic as we were planning overnight trip for our families. It is in remote place. You can enjoy on both sides of lake. Free ferry service avilablexfrom government for going to other end of the lake. Only one Guest house type hotel availble for stay for which booking can be done from its office in Dadranagar Haveli. Approx 1500 Rs for non A/C rooms. Not advisable for overnight stay if go with family & Children as no time pass activities available. Good for one day picnic. But roads leading to Dudhani are not great as its adds to your travelling time. Approx 5 hrs from Surat if go by Bus. Advisable for one day picnic in your own car.
