Lots of things have improved.will surely recommend for a pleasant stay with family and friends and a short weekend trips

Worst Experience, Worst Food and poor management. Feeling cheated, I have made a booking for Family Get together but they haven't provided food (tasteless) and services as per their commitment. Not recommended to anyone.

One of the best places to spend my 31st Dec as far as family is concerned. We got a good deal by contacting directly. Suraj was very kind to assist. Rooms were neat & clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Food was very good. Ala Carte menu has multiple options. Location was very nearby to the highway.
Amazing Experience

It's a perfect place with perfect location.
The ambience & food quality is just location. We loved our stay at this property. They have pool and indoor games & also play area for kids. The service is quick & also the rooms are clean. It's a budget friendly and special i thanks for chef Maruti pawar it

Property needs a lot of maintenance. They charge a bomb and then you realise that it's not maintained at all. Food at restaurant is good, but service pathetic. Using VITS brand is helping them on premium rates, but this will not last long, given their sad state of affairs.

Some things good, something's need improvement. The customer dealing & bookings desk comunication definitely can be improved.

I always stay here when on Business due to its proximity to the city. It is a pleasant stay meeting all basic necessities. Considering its location, a river front, there is a lot of room for improvement.

Don't Book Hotel by seeing photos online.you will be disappointed since Hotel is not as per photograph online.its average Hotel with hyped price n fake photos.
Swimming pool is not temperature controlled, Food is average. Live DJ available at night.

I stayed as a corporate booking but it's not meant for corporate booking. Service are so pathetic. At 10 pm I requested room service and called twice but no body showed up. AC and gyser in the room not working. Fan in the restaurant not working. Pathetic stay.

The food quality was not adequate for the pricing, only the Tea was good else the sandwiches were not that great taste and french fries were just ok, they could improve the food quality and presentation too

Good stay & good service. Staff & management is cooperative. Resort with good wmbiennce. Rever front restaurant with good view seeved tasty food. Will like to stay again.

Good But not upto the mark of cost they charge for stay, so reducing the rating to 3 star,
Food serving staff is totally untrained/ unprofessional you have to remaind them to serve, or about your pending order

I am not sure I would recommend this place. I was in deluxe place which costed me 4500 which I felt way exuberant than the look of the room.the room was old and old things were kept. Old bucket, less clean. I found the place worth 2500. Honestly guys that deluxe was mini deluxe.the receptionist had changed our room but it was long walk to end of the den.which my kids denied to walk.the hotel seemed less planned but more of adjustable one. The food was ok.so I rate 2 out of 5

I choice deluxe room but do not give me king size bad and his give mi single single bad 2 star hotel better than vits kamats his don't have bar or wine shop but show in onlian bar plz I suggest to you plz don't worst your money and time

Worst service and low delux quality room only super deluxe room are advisable, very slow room service have to ask 2-3 time for each request for basic s like towels

In the bathroom, there is no tap for water! Only shower. No bucket. Food only punjabi. No south indian or Gujrati food. Disappointed. Other thingsok ok

The hotel doens't hold good the status of 3 star. Untidy rooms, stinking bedsheets and bathrooms. Not worth the room tariffs charges by them. Food was ok. Only location and ambience was above good.

Excellent service and warm welcome. Highly recommended delicious food, Nice staff. Well clean and organized room. Value of money. Ms. Rani from reception and Pradeep at the Restaurant very helpful staff. Really made our visit memorable,

Actually this time we are here for some promotional event of Keys resort so the dinner is complimentary, but wen we reach for dinner there's almost over everything and the waitresses and serving staff was rude.so the feeling is much odd and we observed that this behaviour is not only with us but with their residing guest too.so they need to improve hospitality service.

Room was good. But side table was missing. O points in service. You have to remind them 4 to 5 times for a single thing. Food is average not bed. I won't visit again. I dont like the service. And check in system is very low. They took 2 hours for check inn. And room booked for super deluxe. They provided last corner wala mini room. Which is very congested.

Good place but not having that much facilities like children's playing equipment. No dj available for group parties and stay not completely satisfied.

It is very good resort. Quite clean and good based on the price. Location is such that all the attractions on Silvassa are either located at walking distance or within a few km. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, polite staff, reasonably good food. Hygiene and efficiency of service can be improved. Value for money is not achieved.

Negative Star. Pathetic service. Wrong information provided by the staff, specially the person name nandan. Staff not at all trained. Very much confused staff. Never ever go to this hotel nor recommend to anyone to visit. Worst experience with the staff

A great hotel on the banks of daman ganga river. This property is huge with spacious rooms. I loved the food here. For breakfast, they have very wide spread menu. Food is delicious. I ordered Cheese Corn Kebab, Paneer Tikka and Paneer Chilli for dinner, the Cheese Corn Kebab was scrumptious and mouthwatering, a highly recommended dish. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

For ordering even water we need to wait and call them.
It takes too long to give the order and also much waiting to receive the food.

Not well maintained. However location is good. Riverview restaurant is their plus point. When we were there swimming pool was un operational.

Pathetic service. The food they serve is stale ; the staff accepts serving left over lunch in dinner too.
No quality moreover servibg stale food to customers while charging them is the most pathetic experience. Would never recommend anyone

Room was not upto mark. No door mat in room. Not provided after repeated reminders. Check out took more than one hour.

The place is very good. Riverside views offer a great dining experience. Enjoy beer and food overlooking a clean stretch of the river.

I really enjoyed the resort. Nice view on the bank of river and quality staff makes it cool. Food and services are very nice. You are served upto your needs.instantly. Its not too costly also.

Not a decent place. I got a big mouse in my room and hotel said they will give me a free dinner as a compensation. Very unprofessional administration. I advice you to better stay at some other place.

It's safe during these COVID-19? Times. They r taking good precautions to prevent the spread of the virus by keeping all needed safety. I am happy
