Good food, the services were on time although the food quantity can be increased. We felt the food quantity was a bit less, rest the food was nice and spicy as ordered.

Preeti from the front desk was very professional and customer centric was very efficeint in her work as well.

Room Servies was fantastic, food quality needs to improve a little bit. Portion should be less, Italian was the best cusine.

Once feel very devotional and peaceful. The structure of Shivling is very realistic. The surrounding atmosphere is also very calm.

Small room, not so clean either. Location is amazing. Staff is just doing their job not passionate about it.

3 stars only for the ambience. Food is ok but service is pathetic. I went on a Friday noon with family and we were 18 including kids. The staff just didn't showed any interest as if they were not expecting any work. When issue was raised to Manager, he tried covering them. Had to wait everytime for the steward to look at us and come and take order. No smile on their face but only irritation. Would suggest to go some other place.

Absolutely must go to, place. The food is great, the drinks are great, the vibe is even better. If you are looking for sea-food, then this is the place.

It's been less than two hours since we checked in. After seeing the number of mosquitoes, I requested the hotel to give us a mosquito bat. My wife must have killed at least 30+ mosquitoes with the 'electric mosquito bat' or whatever you want to call it. After which they came back and heavily used an insect spray in the room, which brought out another 30+ mosquitoes from wherever they were hiding (which we tried to kill as well) These numbers don't account for the mosquitoes in the bathroom. After all this, we continue to see some mosquitoes. Although this is a beach hotel, I have never seen something this bad in my life.

When asked if there is another room, they said sorry but mosquitoes are present in every room. To imagine that a hotel would calmly tell me that 70+ mosquitoes are waiting in every room to welcome their guests is not good.

After a long drive this was the last thing we were expecting.
