It's seems like they have renovated an old building. The place is okayish. Doesn't have lift in the office also the place is not very big. But I guess if you want to start your business it's actually a decent place to start. It has basic amenities but no recreational area.

Nice decor, quiet and decent members. Very reasonably priced.value for money indeed.
