Best luxury gym in east delhi
I'd would recommend this gym. Amazing vibe.probably one of the top gyms around.

The gym is good but the service was very bad, they don't know how to train a person to maintain his own fitness, I am disappointed for the staff, this is the worst experience I have had in this gym. Might get discouraged, just because of the trainer I recommend going to another gym if you are in East Delhi

The best gym in A G C R. I have seen the gym inside, many times. The gym is very secure for females.

Chetan sir is very good amongst all the trainers.
Parking is a big time issue.
They need to change some machines according to me.
All the helpers are very supportive.

Rest all is fine with me.

Was a member for 2 years plus. Dropped the membership because of abnormal rate increase and the trainers only supported if you took personal training

They does't response to you calls or messages it has to be changed, it's good from outside only they needs to be supportive to there are people who can't reach them shortly so they has to be attentive.

From the starting always get a warm welcome at the reception. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable they correct the form or guide regardless whosoever you are training with. They have the most premium machines in Delhi and there is no doubt about that. The experience at this gym have been the best from any gym i have been to. Highly recommendable.

Giving one star only because of their investment in the machines. Staff is not courteous and male trainers are heavily inclined towards females and the staff regularly pushes you to take personal training. They aren't compensating for covid stating they have lost however they failed on humanitarian grounds also since they didn't even pay the entire staff any money during the last 3 lockdowns. The maintainence staff and helpers are ordered by the owners to turn off the AC's regularly and they claim they are a premium gym. Charging a bomb and offering dirt cheap services. Wouldn't recommend any one to join them.

The front office staff wasn't hospitable. Flaunting the rate card like a menu of a restaurant. On the round, the cardio section was burning in the afternoon. No AC was on since no one was working out. In the weights section, it was suffocating. Wasn't a good experience.

Went for a look with a friend last month. Entered the second floor in the afternoon and the cafetaria area was boiling hot. Then Entered the cardio section, it was boiling because there was no one working out and the AC's were switched off. Went to the weights section and it was stinking. Was advised that the AC pipes had got leaked and people were complaining of a foul smell. Wasn't a pleasent first experience.

Overhyped. The front office staff isn't courteous and the trainers don't even worry if your form is correct or not.

Great experience with 21 fitness and have not been disappointed! I train here about 6-7 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide same group of quality trainers who are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

One of the best gyms i’ve ever joined. All the equipments are very good. The staff is very helpful and is ready to help with all the weights and machines. The trainers are very attentive and knowledgeable, especially Ms. Sakshi Sharma trains very nicely. I have seen massive positive change in my body. She knows the best and most effective exercises. Overall a 10/10 for this gym️

I have been coming to this gym for a long time now and my experience so far has been amazing. The trainers are very superioirly qualified plus they give you all the attention you need. This gym along with being well equipped provides a great workout enviornment.

Had joined this gym for an year. The trainers were heavily inclined towards training females coming to the gym and never gave due importance to male clients. Also there were consistent issues of maintainence which were regularly highlighted and were solved slowly. The gym was closed on sundays at that time, the biggest drawback. The maintainence staff had a peculiar habit of switching off AC’s.

The faculty of the gym is great. The trainers are very motivating especially Sakshi Ma’am. She was the one who helped me work towards my physique. Not just this, but the regular celebrations in the gym keep the environment very lively and engaging.

Air conditioning does not work. Unhygienic. They keep on turning off the ac again and again even if you switch it on there is a designated person who keeps on turning off the ac. Pathetic service. Either provide what you charge for or declare this gym non ac.

The staff was really bad. Gym is not worth the price at all. Worst gym of all the gyms I’ve been to in East Delhi

Visited today -30 June 2022, time 19: 30 hrs.

Gentleman sitting at the reception gives all the wow factor of the place.

Showing the rate card like a restaurant and saying choose anyone without uttering a single word.

Without visiting, without showing.don't know where the employees got the attitude which they are showing ti the prospect customers.

We were two couples and planning to join from tomorrow and have got such a nice warm welcome.

Don't know management is updated or not, request to intervene to save the image of the gym.

Took trial. The trainers were not at all bothered about the form of the exercise and could also hear people complaining about how the AC's are switched off and when people complained to reception staff, they started justifying switching only 2 AC's in scorching summer heat. Went with the notion that this is a premium gym but came with the notion that they are also no different than the rest.

The gym switches off the AC while the floor is full of people and then calls themselves a luxury gym. When you talk to people at the reception, they switch it on only to switch it off in 15 mins again. Be prepared to shell out a fortune, 34k annually qnd then be at their mercy for these miniscule things
