Kashmir roghan josh was tasty but pizzas were only OK. The service was really bad. Compared to anywhere in India that I've been this place had the worst service. They took forever to come to take our order and they didn't even bring us drinks menu. They brought some complimentary finger foods and a mango juice for my toddler.

Small space, bar attendantan were impolite asked for payment as if we are going to run away, food was bad. Unchi dukan phiki pakwan.

After the pandemic came to lalit 24/7 for first time and was extremely extremely happy with the super courteous staff and hence the food also tasted good because of the warm and best service. I would like to give special mention to my Server - Mr. Sandeep Panwar who was warm and amazing.

As for the food
The veg burger, the verdure pizza, kadhai Panner and super crisp garlic naan. Everything was amazing.

What a place, what an ambience. I think I'm giving it a 5-star for it's variety of dessert options alone. I went on a Maharashtrian cuisine day. They have this almond rocks and cashew rocks which are basically dark/white chocolate covered almonds and cashews. Just loved it! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Selection of food on the buffet is not fantastic. The service was pretty average. And the staff werent very helpful. The unexpected additional charges were not a pleasant surprise at all.

Worst buffet experience ever. Not a single item was worth spending a single penny. Items option was obviously too little, crowded ambience, no proper management between public gathering and restaurant area, both was getting merged.

Horrible food quality. The soup was totally tasteless. Mushroom cappuccino soup had no flavour & tasted like boiled brown coloured water.

Wanted to treat my family in royal way in Delhi during my north India trip and probably found the best place.
Voracious eater by self, i have chosen the afternoon lunch and the buffet was indeed spread for greedy eater.
My best take was mutton roghan josh.

Absolutely insulting and rude staff. Everyone in black shirt they are friendly and polite otherwise the waiters and those in red shirts absolutely rude zero courtesy or manners.

Also they never give u the invoice or bill. Simply they take money and give u alcohol. No bill even asking 1000 times.

I have been there couple of times but only for parties n events. This guy Satya who handles the events really nice guy n helpful and my server last night was great so 5* to the place. I ordered chili chicken along with some drinks. I was disappointed because the red wine was not chilled and i am not a fan of white wine but still I enjoyed my on the rocks drinks

Food was great and service by Vipin was also very incredible, he was very cheerful, friendly and comforting.

Pandey ji as a captain of coffee shop is very good at service, Staff is very nice and friendly. The chai served after dinner by Devindra is very good.

Really great spot for a drink. The bar is open very late and has a good snacks menu, westernised Indian food, so don’t expect anything amazing

It's a nice clean place with all the modern amenities. Service is pretty good and a knowledgeable and good collection of drinks.

SERVICE HORRENDOUS! Listen to the reviews. Sandwich was decent enough (maybe because I was soooo hungry after a hectic day out) well presented but the service put me off completely. 12 servers on the floor including the manager and not one person came over to check back to make sure all was okay with our meals. All hanging around talking. And when I say 12 that’s not even an exaggeration. Not a 5 star service. And certainly not a 5 star hotel. We did ask for bottled water and when poured in to a glass you could see tiny bubbles forming and microscopic imperfections on the glass because it was so warm. I asked for cold water and I was told they did not have any? I explained that I will not be drinking warm water after waiting 15 minutes a new bottle came out.coldish. 5 star? And they do not have cold water! Ridiculous. Maybe for further tourist this could be a preference, cold water or temperature. 3700 rupees (€46) for two sandwiches, bottled water and terrible service! Certainly not worth it. I reckon the street food stalls would give a better service then here

One of the few places in Delhi you could go to for a late night fine dine experience. Though we only ordered the Chicken Tikka with a few drinks, I am sure the main course would be good too. Pricing is of course a little on a higher side, but hey.it's in Lalit and serving you food and drinks not only until the middle of the night but long after that too. So to get some, you've got to lose some!

24x7 Restaurant and Bar is huge place. It is very comfortable. The service is excellent. Ambience is very pleasant. The preparation of the food is hygienic. This restaurant and bar is on the ground floor and very easy to locate when one enters the hotel.

What a fabulous experience it was.

The seating was so cozy and comfortable.

Great time

Both Food and Service are ok. Nothing great or incredible or astonishing that one is going to remember for long long time.

I had really high expectations from the restaurant but to my surprise, it was a huge disappointment. The service was bad, the staff was not attentive and above all it wasn't even an odd/late night timing. On the bright sunny Sunday, it felt like the staff also wanted to relax. Maybe the management should look into their work timings and do shift rotations so that at least they are responsive.

We ordered a cappacino, and it was highly average. Nothing special, not even the decoration made on it with liquid coffee. In fact, it was missing. The biscuits were average. We also ordered a cold coffee and it came in a soft drink glass dripping. We had to ask at least 2-3 waiters to get it cleaned and wiped up.
