Please teach your staff how to deal with the customers specially Ms. Radhika from 24 Seven Vikaspuri

Good place specially in late night hrs or very early morning when you need milk or something to eat. Best option

Great place for shopping. 24 hours service available. Staff is well trained and also well organized. And the crowd in Vikaspuri 24-Seven store is also good.

Only visit if you don't have any other option.
1) Service is very slow, you will end up wasting a lot of time in billing.
2) Even if there is a lot of crowd they won't start the extra billing counter on time.

Never picks up the phone. Whats the whole point of having a number online when no one ever picks up the phone

Went to purchase something at around 10 pm. While picking items i noticed the manager was constantly watching me closely. I looked at him 2 e times then again he started doing the same. I felt really uncomfortable. Don't know the name of the manager but he was slim and wearing some spectacles

It’s a small store but you can get daily essentials from this store, although they do not have complete range of fmcg segment because they do have limited brands and that too without much offers. Otherwise for the quick pick and carry go for it.

This is one of the best store all across.best part is it is open 24/7 and almost everything is available here. The quality and the variety of the products never let me down and its not just a pretty looking store but also very well organised.love going there for all my daily need.

As far as groceries or toiletries are concerned its fine but for fast food it’s pathetic. Only if there’s an outmost emergency you can eat there to survive else please do not eat. Bought Aloo samosa and egg sandwich last night, both of them are stale. Tastes bad, Its so disappointing.

Have lot of items. Have some items where they put their own price tag and which is very expensive. They also provide fast foods which is again too expensive

Talking about the store, I found it better than other 24SEVEN outlets in west Delhi because of the more availability of the products and more variety too as compared to other outlets. Well, since every coin has 2 sides, let me apply the same here. This store gets shady when the clock starts ticking to midnight. The people around over here are generally not very decent. Many are drunk, many are there to tease girls, sometimes you also hears loud shouts of abuses. When it comes to a safer store at night, I believe the Janakpuri one is better.

This is for 24/7 of Vikaspuri, which is on the way to petrol pump. Please avoid going to this store on odd hours as many a times drunk boys from locality around this store like uttam nagar, vikaspuri, hastal come here and misbehave with innocent people coming. They even beat people outside the store and there is no safety. I strongly suggest not to visit this store during night or late hours. Be safe.

Store is selling expired item. Purchased a pack of chocolates in December which had an expiration date of may 2018. Barely visible.
These guys should be sued.

They had put their own price tags on many common items like pepsi so be carefull dont buy them if you see anything like that

Extremely bad experience as i was embarassed badly due to an expired product sold to me which I ended up gifting to loved ones by putting full trust in 24*7. Unbelievable that they are keeping the expired products and not keeping an eye on their stock. Is this how you are serving customers?
