I am writing to share my recent experience with 3d Nest. Unfortunately, my encounter with them has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
I had placed an order for a 3D print that was intended to support the weight of my monitor on a monitor arm. I had specifically consulted with their team to ensure that the material chosen would be able to withstand and support the weight. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was not fit for its intended purpose and caused my monitor to fall and break.
Upon reaching out to their customer support team, I was initially met with a polite response, but unfortunately, their policy did not allow for a refund. Their refund policy states that refunds are not possible for personalized items, but the item I gave them to print was not even correctly printed. When I highlighted that I had consulted with their team and followed their recommendation on the material to be used, they offered to reprint the design rectifying the errors.
To make matters worse, upon closer inspection, I discovered that they had printed the wrong holes on the wrong infill. The product I received was structurally unsound and could not support the weight of my monitor. It became apparent that the material that was chosen, PLA, was unsuitable and brittle, as their tech team later confirmed.
In my opinion, these oversights demonstrate their lack of professionalism and disregard for the quality of their service. The final product was comparable to getting something basic and predefined printed from your teenage cousin with a 3D printer. It was on their assuring advice that I had chosen the material, and they were unable to deliver on their promise of a quality print.
While I will concede that they are not bad for getting simple things printed that have already been tested, but I would strongly advise against using 3d Nest for your 3D printing needs. Their lack of consistency and professionalism can lead to frustration and disappointment. I hope this review will help others avoid similar experiences and that 3d Nest will take this feedback as an opportunity to improve their services.

The 3D Nest team has an innate ability to understand the clients needs and effectively design and deliver within the required constraints. They are adding a great deal of value to the world of design and 3d printing in India. Looking forward to working with you again.

Due to the nature of our business, we work with a lot of 3D Printing Vendors. Recently we started on a project with 3D nest, so far they've delivered excellent material quality and services while adhering to all the project timelines. Hope to work on more projects with these guys. Keep it up!

Got my electric vehicles components designed and prototyped. The team really helped design a great products and got the dimensions right in the first go. Excellent service.

Great team and very professional service. They helped me in designing for manufacturing purposes and the prototypes came out excellent! The team were very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely be going back to them for any of my product design and 3D printing needs!
