Pathetic Service, even who are siting call center they dont have way of talking, they are speaking with customer very rude, this is not first incident wherein i face this issue of behavior, this is the second incident

I had travelled with family by end of september'23 to Kerela booking thru Aadam Holidays. I don't have good experience with Aadam holidays, No person at Kerela to attend you except taxi driver, No good response, no follow-up and they don't care for your necessary requirements/arrangements in hotel.they don't aware your return flight schedule.

Aadam Holidays priority only to take tour package payment asap from you.totally disappointed, not recommended.

Everything was top notch, driver was very good, the entire trip was very smooth and easy, no hassles and Subhash was very quick in answering the calls if we had any problem.

The trip was extra ordinary. Miss Anjane nature is very nice and supportive. I have a issue with room she changed my room and everyday she calling and ask everything is fine. Through valvo i traveled from Delhi to Manali.nite travel.usually wake up @5'oc.then you can see the snow fog, enjoying chillness and fantastic view of rivers in between mountain.
After reaching bus stand my drive take me to hotel.its in Manali near to the bus stand.
Rooms are same. As they shown while booking. I Got room on 3rd floor there you can see fantastic view of Manali. 3 mountains Solang vally, Hamta pass, Himachal.

I got number of this package from my brothers friend. Actually he got ads in his instagram. So i contacted and their response and queries i asked was really helpful.

She is really a good kind of person with humble and politeness.
She was very easy for me to communicate.
Actually i called on 5th march 2020 and my date of travel is on 10th march in the evening from Delhi. I started from my home from 8th march at night where i have to travel from tamil nadu.
I asked for a honeymoon package for 6N/7D for two locations Manali & Shimla.
Day 1: We got into volvo AC semi sleeper from Delhi - Manali.
Day 2: We checked into hotel Seven hills its a 3 star hotel, room and food was really good and hygienic. We visited local Manali & temple
Day 3: It was really a good day for us, we went to Solang valley its around 18kms from Manali. The area where we play with snow & snow activities.
Day 4: We then went to kullu district of Manali. Temples, water falls shopping and Naggar castle. These places have wonderful site seeing and lots of fun.
Day 5: In the morning we checked out from Seven hills hotel, Manali @ 10AM and started our journey to Shimla by cab and we reached Shimla by 7PM. I was a fine day wit rain and snow falls on the way to Shimla.
Day 6: We went to Kufri, which is around 15kms far from shimla. Its a snowfall area, visited Himalayan national park and enjoyed lots of sceneries, then in the afternoon we went to mall road where we visited church & temple. We also went to market, done shopping and it was very chill over there with good memories. We got into bus @ 9pm on 15th March from Shimla - Delhi.

It was really a good and safe journey with lots of memories.
My hearty thanks to Ms. Aabida who guided us from the beginning to the end. I called her in between many times and she responded so well. Each day she texted me and sometimes even called me to check whether we are fine and good. Once again really thanks Aabida mam for guiding us so well.
