Aadhaar Seva Kendra Is Too Much Helpful For Everyone And Anyone Can Easily Update Their Aadhaar In Less Time And Also With Best Management System By UIDAI, Thanks To Everyone For This Kind Of Centre.

Because this is a full-fledged government-operated Aadhaar Centre, it's quite efficient. We were here to get a card for our daughter, and applied for an appointment (11.30 AM on Sunday). You can also walk in, but an appointment is preferable. From start to finish, it took about 40 minutes, even though there was quite a crowd.

Note that if you're coming for a child's card, only one parent is allowed in with the child.

This is Very Good Place which we are make aadhar card or update aadhar card easily.

All stoff is behave very good with all person and overall is very good so you can visit here and complete your aadhar related issues within 10-30 minutes.

Loved the place and service provide. I personally visit over there and find that you should book a morning slot because of less crowd.

Note:
Bring numbers of proof with you for updating the detail because some id we think valid but actually that not for some purposes.
For example: For address change we take passbook but they refused by saying that your photo with stamp was not their.

People sitting inside the office are knowledgeable and helpful. But it's bit tough to reach out to them.
Those who are sitting outside are ridiculous. Neither they have any information nor know how to communicate/ respect others.

Excellent place to get all your Adhaar related work done. Just book and appointment online and carry your I'd to get your work done. Just like passport seva kendras. The location is awesome and very convenient to reach. Right on the ground floor of Akshardham metro station

Waste of time as no one is ready to hear customer concern and letting/moving out from their counter for further processes and there also they let you out but still incomplete work.
Make sure take a little time to explain to get better results.

If anybody want any corrections in Adhar card the go with all required documents. And don't go to Post office and bank centre.otherwise you 'll always hear excuse that server is not working connectivity is not there come tomorrow like that.

Pathetic Whats the point of taking an appointment if there is a long line. The staff there didn't helped when i asked them something regarding the appointment. Worst and pathetic adhar seva kendra.

Though it was rush time, the system was very stream lined. Being SENIORS we were done in half an hour.

First time flawless experience, got aadhar updated in just 20min, process is simple book online slot, make payment, reach at centre take coupon wait till your token number shows next to counter number. Done

Completely mismanagement, crowdy place. No matter whether you have appointment or not you have to be stand in very long queue for atleast 15 to 20 min. After that you will get a coupon to go inside and they will take approx 40 to 50 min. So if you have around 2 hr then only go there for any aadhar updation otherwise search nearby place like bank or post office where you can do the same thing.

Hats of to the staff here, people were crowding and getting impatient but they controlled everyone with good cheer and patience.

Kindly take online appointment prior to reaching there. Otherwise you will have to stand in a que. In case of online appointment you will be lead to the line where you get the token. You can proceed inside only with the token. Once inside you will be seated and your token number will be called out. Everything is systematically done. No need to worry.

My appointment date was today and the required things done today only Very fast service good staff corporate nature

No social distancing at the centre. Chairs were empty inside and people were waiting outside the centre in queue. Online appointment does not make any sense. Mismanaged centre. GOVT should take appropriate action.

Don't go anywhere else, this is the best way to update your aadhaar in 2 minutes.
Steps:
1. Go to aadhar website for appointment number.
2. Go to Akshardham via metro
3. Exit metro station aadhaar seva kendra is at the back side.
4. Stand in queue
5. Get the token number
6. Get inside
7. They"ll call your name
8. They took your picture & scan your iris
9. Get your receipt
10. Updation will take place in 2-10 days.
For biometric update, carry original documents as marksheet, school certificate etc

गलत लोगो को बैठा रखा है यहाँ अफसोस के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है आज एड्रेस अप्डेट कराने गई थी तो उन्होंने काउंटर से जल्दी भगाने के लिए जल्दी बाज़ी मे मेरा एड्रेस और गलत कर दिया और अपनी मन मुताबिक मेरा डिस्ट्रिकट बदल दिया जब मैने कहाँ मे यहाँ नही रहती तो मेरी बातो को सुने बिना मुझे वहाँ से भेज दिया गया।

They make it impossible for NRI's to get Aadhaar cards. They say that NRI's can get it but really we can't.

My appointment was at 5: 00 pm, staff is very kind, and helpfull.
I free in just 10 minutes here for update my aadhaar details.
I suggest you to take online appointment to avoid rush.
50 rupees for charge a for all work.

Great experience, I’d a 930am appointment on a Thursday for updating my mobile number and address. I reached there at 925am. If you’re entering from the concourse level (the metro station level), you need to take the lift and go to the lower ground (LG) level. Once there, you’ll find the Aadhar centre easily, it’s quite conspicuous.

They’ve a separate window outside for online appointments where they give you tokens. You take the token and then go inside. Once inside, you’ve to wait for your token number to appear on the screen. Once your token number shows up, you are sent for document verification, to be followed by payment at a different counter (if needed). Once you’re done with the cash payment, you need to wait for a bit for your token number to show up again on the screen. Once it shows up, you’re then sent to another counter for final verification. Once you’re through with that, you can leave. I was done with everything in 20-25 minutes.

Few things that make the experience amazing here:

1. The whole process is very systematic, with you knowing exactly where you’ve to go next.

2. People are there to help you and speed the process along.

3. You’re never asked to “wait” or to “come tomorrow”.

They're doing nothing fooling people i went there for updating mobile number even after 3 months it's not updated not getting any otp when i called adhaar custom care they said your update request number is not valid please go to adhaar save kendra and update your number.

Very bad experience. I went with my child Yash to update address in his aadhaar card. I online submited fee of 50 rupees and had an appointment at 4.50 pm. As per UIDAI guidelines, I had a proper form signed by school principal of school for address update but operation manager did not accept it and asked for the same form signed and verified by M. L. A.or Councilor. When I told him that as per guidelines, a letter on a prescribed form signed by recognized educational institution is valid for address proof, he became irritated and due to ego problem, he started to find out any problem in the form.there was nothing wrong with the form that I submitted but he finally announced that the principal has not cross signed the photograph of the child. Actually, sign was crossing the photo by half centimeter but the operation manager reject the form due to ego problem. When I told him that I am going to make a complaint to higher authority against him for his wrong and rude behaviour, and asked him to tell his name, he refused to tell his name and called for security. Now I am definitely going to make a complaint against him for his rude behaviour.

Sunday 15/12/2019 i have gone that place for updating my 5 years child Bio matrix in Aadhar card. It is very nice place.take only 30 mint to complete the activity. They have given the token number. After that we should have to follow the LCD screen for my number and updated bio matrix,

It was a short queue and didn't take much time. I got the token number easily and the process was hassle free. My appointment time was 10: 30 but I got free by 10 am and left. A big thanks to all the team for co-operation.:)

Aadhar seva kendra. Service is but the crowd management system needs to be update proper knowledge of issues not available at help desk. It needs to be updated. There must be some waiting area type, for the people like chairs or sitting area there is nothing like this here. Inner office service is appreciable. Feels like came for passport type service

Today i have gone that place for updating mobile no & mail id in Aadhar card. It is very nice place.take only 25 mint to complete the activity. I have take the online appointment first.then gone to that place 15 mint before to slotted time. They have given the token no. After that we should have to follow the LCD screen only. Total 25 mint taken to complete the activity.

So step 1 is take an online appointment, take print out of the Pdf generated and sign the document. Step 2 is going to the center on the day of the slot. Keep it in mind that the entire exercise will take around 3 hours. With print out, queue up in front of window 2. The person will look at the supporting documents and do an initial level screening. Post that you are made to sit inside a AC room and wait for your token. Step 3 is you sit in front of the personnel. Simple enough but time taking. Bring an earphone along with you so that you can kill time by listening to music.

Hardly took 30 minutes for whole process after appointment (Online Booked) otherwise you have to wait in queue for appointment.

Book appointment online through uadai website and choose your time slot. When you reach Akshardam metro station, take the lift towards basement. Show the print out of Aadhar form to the person on the window outside where you will be given a token number. Inside the center, an LCD screen will indicate the counter for verification. Then proceed to payment counter and pay 50/- (I had to add mobile number to Aadhar). Check the screen again and go to your corresponding counter for biometric verification and make necessary updation. The whole process took just about 15 minutes. I had gone on Thursday last slot (5.10 pm to 5.30 pm).

Staff is very poor quality mindsets and the person seating for updating things is very illiterate, if you'll go for some updates, he'll update something else. And even don't know if the uploaded documents is clearly uploaded or not, after that you'll see in the update status that update is got rejected due to uploaded documents is not uploaded clearly.

Very slow service. They are taking a month time in updating (linking) mobile number only.
Do it online when needed urgently.

Aadhar sewa kendra is very good place for aadhar related wok. If you coordinate with the employees there and follow the guidelines, then without any hassle your work will be done in a smooth manner, whenever you go there, take the original documents with you.to provide such service thank you so much aadhaar sewa kendra akshardham.awesome service by aadgar sewa kendra.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon. Took online appointment. Please note that there is a separate queue for online appointments at Counter No. 2 to get your token for entry. I stood in the main queue so it took me an hour to get in. After you get in, numbers are displayed on the screen. First you need to verify your documents, then you need to pay fees (free for new enrolment, RS. 50 for updating) and then you get a chance to do the actual updating.
Took me 2.5hrs in total, but it's still better than going to an Enrolment Centre at 7am (post offices, banks) to get a token and coming back again in the afternoon to get updating done (where the private operator will ask for extra fees or will tell you he can get it done in his private shop easily). Boycott these private operators and go to ASKs!

Do not believe the five star reviews many of them are given by there own employees for example Search for a guy named guddu sah he works in this centre as enrollment operator se the review given by him in the photos attached by me.

Really very very supporting staff and I have done my adhar update with in 30 min, but before you go please take a appointment on uidai website otherwise you have to face so much rush. And very important thing that this center is behind the metro station of akshardham.
