Pretty good stock of stationery, gift items, art materials, greeting cards. Very rarely have I had to look elsewhere for the art material and stationery that I need to purchase.
As the owner herself said "Don't waste your time in this place. "
This place doesn't even deserve the one star rating that I HAD to give. We visited this "crocery store" to get some dosa tawa, and the owner showed us some very cheap quality products with literally teflon coat chipping off of them. They only carry knock-off brands and off quality products, and aren't even interested in selling them. And when we asked them to show more options the owner very arrogantly told us that we are wasting her time.
If i could give lesser than one star, i would have done that. The owner of the store is rude, uncivilized and has literally no interest in running the already pretty sad shop that it is. The products are limited, and of really cheap brands and quality. The store is unorganised as hell, the people working there have so much trouble finding the stuff in there. One suggestion- the people working there should really take some soft skills and etiquette classes. Try some crash course maybe! Just knowing a few English words don't really get you anywhere!
Arrogance in the owner is a must to notice while you enter the shop. They dont bother the customer is potential or not.several times I came back and did not shop just because of their reluctance in proper customer handling.forget about their. Courtesy. I would never recommend anybody go there. Let them read the comments, realise and rectify their mistakes first.would randomly go again sometime and check if they have changed for good or not. Nd thanks to the social media that I am giving them a chance to change through this source, by informing them their mistake.
I thank Aarkay for helping out with an urgent need we had. They normally don't deliver but upon personal request, Neeraj Gupta agreed to send the requested items, keeping up their high customer service standard. Thank you!
