So many unnecessary calls I received from this path lab
So manny time I request pl stop it
But they can’t understand
I receive 3 to 5 call daily

Worst lab.got my test done once only in 2019 and after that they have harassed me by calling 1 lac times even after requesting not to call and blocking several numbers, even after 3 years they call 3-4 times daily and watsapp msgs too.they manipulate the reports.one should be ready to take the torture! Higher authorities pls take a note and cancel the license of this lab! This is not a lab, this is a telecaller service that has hired 50 people to harrass everyone who books the test once…all the 5 star reviews are fake.test are frauds, no relief despite requesting so many times!

Sample were given for two people but report sent only for one. Report for second people is awaited. Lab should direct their sample collector to be cautious while taking sample, specially from ladies. Their hands should not venture to unwanted places/limbs.

Aarogya Pathcare is a great service provider in Pathlab sector. Employees of this is lab is very polite and cooperative and also soft spoken.

No doctor prefer arogaya lab test and Local lab and Worst lab two time test done showing normal report and another lab showing abnormal report.never trust this lab report You will be under misunderstanding by report and money and time with patient. Top class pathology lab not this one. If you want to safe.

Too many calls, no doctor consultation, no internal sync up between different teams. Some people don't know how to talk to customers, may be they are not happy with their job.

They are frauds and not returning 1200 rs and I have been chasing them for 2-3 days now

VERY BAD SERVICE. WORST MARKETING STUNTS BEING PULLED OVER. They call from 50 different numbers even after being told NO SERVICES NEEDED. SUCH DESPERATE ATTEMPTS FOR GET CUSTOMERS

After countless requests they have not removed my number from their database for marketing calls. Week in week out they call at wrong times and disturb. The lab is also notorious for giving inaccurate test results. Will advise everyone to avoid this lab for the sake of both physical and mental well being.

He came on time and were clean /had mask on and wore gloves.
His equipment was new and clean.
Took everything he opened from the packet.
For me the person coming should be neat/tidy/hygiene / showered and no smoke or ill smell.
The person who came for my sample was clean.
Very satisfied with their service so far.

I can’t even point out one negative thing for this brand. Perfect is the word for them.
They have competitive prices, the packages are amazing, the sample collectors come with a nice sealed kit to collect the samples and the app keeps giving you regular updates. They do mention that the report will be available within 24 hours but I do get it mostly by 6-7 hours which is a plus plus!
Their reports are something you would have never seen before. The report contains a historic graph also about the values if you have done a test from them earlier. The charts are really helpful.
The app is empowered by AI and gives critical observations also.

To anybody who’s thinking twice about this brand, you don’t need to. Just go for it.

For God sake don't take their service. I regret I took theirservice now they spam call me thrice day to take their service.

If you get a test done once they will harass you with endless call and messages. No matter how many times you tell them to take your name off the list, they will never listen. Its sheer torture. I will never use this lab for any tests again

They should change the name from aarogya pathcare to tele marketing harassers, they are expert is harassing those who were once their customers.
They tele marketing team call you 4-5 times each day. Very very bad

Their owners need to understand that this is not way to reach their customers. This is a serious case of harassment.

The owner of this lab needs mental asylum because he thinks that by giving 10 calls a day he can get a customer. Then listen you are loosing customers.even if required a medical check up won't use your damm bloody servic Most pathetic health care company in the world, they call me atleast thrice a day to get the body check up. They have no etiquettes how to de tele marketing.

Now even if I need a check up, i won't get it done by them.

They don't have any privacy ad literally they shared your report random with anyone so don't trust blindly

**Leaches**: They spam you in every possible way- Calls, WhatsApp and SMS every single day (often more than one in a single day) from hundreds of different numbers for years.

Update: I lodged a formal complaint with WhatsApp Inc.last month. I just learnt that I file a complaint with TRAI as well, which I am going to do soon.

Worst experience in my life

Very nice service, home sample collection on affordable rates. Mr. Ankit Khatri took my sample today, he is professional and reached my home at time during heavy rains. He is expert, no pain during blood sample collection. I appreciate his service & professional behaviour.

Timely sample collection and on time report delivered. Staff is very good and their behavior is also very good. Harpreet came for sample collection and he is nice person, well mannered and polite.

Don't use their service, once you avail, you will be spammed each day each hour.
Blocking their number won't work since they will call you from new number. They are expert in harassing their customers.

The sales girls harrase a lot by calling and forwarding same msg's again and again for the same old plans. For old customers fwdng new plan or promotional offer is welcomed otherwise it is torture. It must be checked.

Once said is enough, their representative is just a call away. Hope with this punctuality, quality is also maintained and keep demonstrating every time that "They're The Best In Town, At Present"

The worat path lab. Once you do test with them, they will call you every alternative day. They will keep bugging you with new numbers, whatsapp and automated voice messages. Getting tested with aarogay pathcare is like worst mistake you will do. Please beware.

Service just ok. But only major problem is that "Once they got your no, then you are gone". Every alternate days they keep on calling you or sending whatsaap message, for lab test. Even if you request not send or call, they least bother. They will disturb with different nos. (I writing this after watching them last one year)

Arogya lab is one of most professional labs organisations, sample collected with in time @9.30am as it was discussed, reports reached 4.30 pm as discussed, collecting boy was well mannered and well experienced.
Looking to so called big labs i have never seen person reaching in time for collection and reports too gets late causing irritation and anxiety.
I strongly recommends to Arogya for lab tests from home collection, its NABL & ICMR approved.

Total cheats. After taking the money they send blank report. Then the executives talk rudely and cut off their phones. There is no supervisor or manager number avaulable

This lab claim to give reports within 24 hours but they do not provide reports after the given timeline.

Terrible terrible service. No update on sample collection. Will call you every week from different numbers for a package but when you actually call for sample collection, they do not give you a confirmation and do not book a slot. So you keep wondering if you're actually giving the sample the next morning or not. Really really terrible experience. Would never recommend to anyone.

PATHETIC LAB DOING WRONG REPORTING.
My father is non diabetic and this lab reported his average sugar of 237 with HbA1C of 9.9 i.e. Highly diabetic. EXTREMELY irresponsible people. Dont get tested by them as medication is today based on reports only. AAROGAYA PATH CARE is playing with life of citizens by such wrong reporting

I recently got tested with Covid and got my reports within 48 hours. I can say that this is the best place to visit. Truly recommended.

Very disappointed they don't give reports on time.for simple test like routine urine.they took 2 days. I am really angry with the carelessness they show to their clients

Worst lab have been delaying the covid test since 23/04/21 and now it's 27/04/21 not even picking up the call and in the end person is shouting at us when they're at fault. Will never recommend someone this lab.

Please please don't go for this lab. They've almost cheated us, it's been almost 3 days and we have not received our RT PCR reports. Dont know what the govt is doing when such fraudulent labs r looting us of our hard earned money in such difficult times. Nobody picks up the phone, they r a total sham.
