I visited the store recently and I was readily welcomed …they displayed a gesture of respect while listening to my choices and giving me the best opinion and showing me the best options in my budget
The store has a very positive vibe. The people there are very humble and respectful……they always follow the Moto of providing best to their customers in terms of quality. As eyes according to them can not be compromised.
I would highly recommend all of you to visit the store and get the best quality products your eyes need

I just went there to get my eye tested since i already have a lenskart membership i was planning to purchase my glasses from there. I was new in the area hence i didn't knew that lenskart is few shops ahead. Anyway. I went to the store asked for a price for eye test, a courteous staff helps me in the process. He asked me if i m planning to purchase an eyewear, i told him about the lenskart thing but he still started showing me few options hoping i would like one. We browsed through various options. The other guy from the store joined him. The price they other guy told me was going out of my budget. I started comparing the prices with lenskart John Jacobs which was costing me lesser. There the other guy from the store said " you can take the one you are wearing in free from me" quoting the quality i was already wearing.

This behaviour was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. I can easily purchase their fancy expensive glasses it is just that i didn't wanted to spend extra on something I can get made in 3.5k lesser amount.

I made up my mind that even if this guy offers me to get an eyewear for "free" from them. Still i won't get one from them.

These people should learn to respect their clients. They are earning their bread and butter from their shop.

I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE. PURCHASE SOMETHING LUXURIOUS FROM A BRAND OR SUPPORT OTHER LOCAL RETAILERS.
BUT NOT THEM!
