Awesome high quality genuine stones! I bought some stones from a shop in Pitampura and found the same stones for 50% lesser price here! I feel so lucky to have found this shop!

The reply from Aart in stones is a clear reflection of who they are and what's their service like:
Firstly, they call an unsatisfied customers as scam and lier instead of trying to prove themselves like what they project to be
Secondly, the product was requested to be exchanged (not returned!) after 3 weeks and not 6 months (clear lie by them in the first comment, I have proof). The product was absolutely untouched and when they said about their policy of not exchanging, we agreed without any complaint.
The main problem was how they behaved with the customer and that's what our review was all about, but now it has got way worse because of their accusing lies.
I would definitely not buy from them and I'm not against businesses, I'm against dishonesty.

Hope this message helps the customers to make better decisions or the business to be honest and a more polite and respectful in the future.

Really terrible customer service. They don't even guarantee a proof for the gems they offer.

Amazing experience! Not only I got genuine stones from them but also learnt a lot about new varieties of stones! Its very hard to find such a hige variety of stones at one place in Delhi!

Very good collection of completely natural stones! I was surprised to find some very rare stones like scheelite here! Its hard to find that many variety in stone cabochons under one roof in Delhi elsewhere.
I bought Eudialyte spheres which were superb as well and very reasonably priced! This store is definitely worth a visit!

Thank you for the very nice stones. I got them tested in lab and they were 100% genuine and natural as they claimed! I am so very satisfied. I previously bought from other sellers and they sold me fake Chinese stones! I am so happy with my purchase from Aart-in-stones, they have natural genuine stones and not the fake Chinese stuff available in the markets! Highly Recommended Shop! Good work guys! Keep it up!

After a lot of search i found this shop, its a little tricky to locate since its located in the very busy market of Chandni Chowk but its definitely worth it. The stones were genuine and at wholesale prices. I would definitely recommend this shop!
