Pathetic services at reception.they took hell of a time in updation of tests and then as i had my other appointment, i went thr without getting my ugs done.n when i came back fr ugs the dr was gone.dr s very good bt reception n its working s pathetic.

Avoid as much as possible. They accept appointment without doctors availability.
They will also not let you meet a general practitioner even if mentioned in your list of checkups.
As good as a govt hospital but pricing are as per private test center.
Will tell you to come back for remaining tests.

Very Bad Experience. No time management at all.
While booking, they asked me to come at 3 PM, upon reaching, I was informed by manager Vijay that MRI will be done at 4: 45 pm.

I reluctantly agreed, at 4: 45, I was told, it'll take another 1: 30 hour.

They only finished MRI at 7: 15 pm

Perfect place to have your diagnostic tests done without burning a hole in your pocket. Staff is very well behaved, professional and qualified.

The staff is really good, they give their support to every patient. They take care of patient needs. Also the cost is really affordable.

Staff is least bothered after billing, you have to constantly follow up for sending someone for the tests.

At the first they will tell it will be done immediately but post billing they are least bothered. They will keep saying 'Sir Bol Diya hai' the technical staff is freely roaming and giglling and after multiple attempts came for the tests.

Cleanliness is a total Zero. Such sham places shall be shutdown which cannot even maintain basic cleanliness and don't even maintain ethics and decorum.

Beware before visiting this lab.

Unprofessional and untrained staff. No customer handling attitude, billing takes never ending time, no queue system, customers are arguing to get their tests done. Delayed reports. Worst experience

It was very smooth fast and comfortable experience and staff is super supportive and doctors are excellent and qualified.
Cleanliness is maintained and it's worth it.

Well this is my second visit to them. The staff is so amazing and cooperative I can give them 5 star but not happy with the pricing confusion. The price was 2500 for the mri and If someone pays online some additional discount and I did the same for saving the money and I saved 125 rs but when I went there they asked me to pay 90 rs for mri film which they have never mentioned anywhere not on website or not even when customer care called me to confirm.
This is the totally discrepancy and act of making fool to the people.
When I asked the center staff they said it’s rule which they asked us to follow we are helpless.

I would say service is amazing price they are not fair.

Got my MRI done at Aarthi Scans, good service at very affordable prices if you compare with market. MRI detailed report was excellent.

Terrible experience. I have gotten MRIs twice in the place. The imaging provided was insufficient and inconclusive. Not enough films were provided according to multiple doctors. The reporting of injury was extremely incompetent, and i had to get a new MRI from another place.

It was a first visit and all the way amazing.

The staff and Specialist were remarkable with their job. Well behaved and polite with the patient.

Very bad service, scan team first accept the prescription for usg scan then refused when we visit travel so long in pregnancy. Due to lack of knowledge in staff I suffer.

It was a nice experience. Staffs are hospitable. Technicians looks to be knowledgeable. Lab is very clean. Got report on time. My doctor appreciated the way report are presented explaining every details and quality of film used for imaging for MRI. I saved almost 75% and good report well within the time. It is a good service to mankind. We want to see more such labs in Delhi NCR

I went for CT kUB, it was a random visit and waiting time was not much. Had a great experience with technicians and staff. Had my test done in less dan an hour's time. Place was really neat and clean. I rate him 4 star and do recommend this place to others. Moreover this test was 3500-4000 when i checked but here I paid 2500 and it reasonable too as compared to others. All machines was new and high end. All the best Aarthi labs. Keep up the good work but see if u can help with the reporting system fast as i still not got my reports.

Prices are competetive, staff behavior is great, no parking available.
Most important of all "REPORTING IS INCOMPLETE AND FAULTY".
There is no point in taking scanning done if reporting is wrong. We have to get re-reporting done from other places.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE
Don't ever book with them. They don't honor the appointments. Their systems are down all the time. They don't value customer/patient time. They're just minting money. THATS IT.

They are very much polite, perfect their job, reasonable rates with full information and support.

I visited the Karkarduma branch of Aarthi Scan & Lab and was amazed with the hospitality and the support i got from the staff. I would like to mention the floor manager Timcy Maggo's professionalism and her customer centric attitude. She was paying personal attention to each patient and their attendent. Facilities are good and price are relatively cheap than other labs. Would highly recommend it to others.

They don't even deserve zero star, I just wasted my time in this lab.
Distance of this lab from my location is approx 20 kms and after going there, they said come tomorrow
I enquired about the timing from customer care, i was told 8pm to 11pm, i have recording also.
Thinking about file a complaint in consumer consumer court, u guys just harassing the patients.

Newly opened diagnostic and radiology lab. Great service. Very cooperative staff. I booked a platinum package for 10K and all tests were done within 4 hours. Floor manager, Mr. Sekhar.was very welcoming throughout.
