Very pleasant experience. Staff was very polite. Especially the MRI technician went way beyond his line of duty and helped me overcome MRI claustrophobia. Big thumps up to AARTHI

Quick to collect sample… but more than double time to give reports. Incompetent staff. Zero response.

We went there for medical purposes. It is near and clean and prompt staff! You can take here coffee as many cups as you like for free! Situated in west Janakpuri.

Very polite, professional and patient. Getting MRI done with contrast, injection involved, they managed my 8 year old daughter very well. Most of all, they are cost effective, they believe in volume rather than quick profits. Even indoor parking is available. Special mention of Pankaj who was very calm and took care of my daughter with utmost care

Had an MRI of wrist at Aarthi scans Janakpuri, staff was helpful and humble, they gave ample time and importance to the customers.
The centre was neat, clean and was fully airconditioned.
Arvind at the center also timely give the reports with all paperwork

I HAVE VISITED AARTHI SCANS AND LABS, JANAKPURI FIRST TIME ON FRIDAY 18.08.2023.
AND CAME FOR MY MOTHER 81 YEARS OLD.
AT THE FIRST, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE SLOGAN FROM THE PEN OF M. D. OF THE LAB MR. GOVIND RAJAN SIR-
WHAT A NOBLE SLOGAN BY A NOBLE PERSONALITY.
THE WHOLE STAFF WITH SURYA MADAM IS VERY CARING TOWARDS CLIENTS. RATES ARE VERY COMPETITIVECOMPETITIVE price

Overall experience was good, except in last when tests were completed, lab technician didn't told me clearly that its don and you can leave now.

All above 1 star reviews are paid I beleive, the pathetic lab and staff, staff and department have no coordination among them, if you will visit here then ask the receptionist again and again about your turn.staff is not available for any update, as most of reviews already says, they have tag line 3 patients before you and you will listen this everytime you ask for your turn.
Even the manager do not pick up phone.
Not recommended to anyone.

Waiting time is too long and staff does not mention the correct waiting time. Worst experience ever had

I got my MRI Cervical spine done. Very professional approach and very helpful staff. Was free within an hour. No hassels at all. Very economic also. Would suggest everyone to get all tests done from this place.

First they schedule your appointment, and when you reach there on time they say please wait for at least 2 hours 3 persons are waiting before you. When you again come back after 2 hours they again say 4 people are waiting and you have to wait for 1.5hrs.
If you have have a whole day and you don't mind waiting you can surely book.

This lab has tie up with service providers like Healthians but they want to push their own charges on the customer after appointment is booked.

They need to either have good co tract with Healthians or break the partnership else it will unnecessary ruin Healthians credibility.

Worst service I had an appointment at12pm for brain CT scan ndbit do was 3 hours larltebi requestedvthem I'm paralyzed I can't sit for long still they abused

Best lab in delhi all staff is nicely meet and respective staff really im very happy for service.and cost of test and mri x-ray every test are genuine.thanks to all staff and Director to your best management.

Pathetic management of appointments. Your appointment slot of 9 am - 10 am materialises at 11 am. Consider only if you have ample of free time to kill.

Everything is good except waiting time which is very poor. I would like to recommend to you please improve waiting time of patient because they are already suffering from the illness and how can they sit for long hours after appointment also. Apart from that service and value for money.

Very poor service, they confirmed to me while giving the appointment that my test would be done between 9: 30-10. However, when I turned up they say you have 3 patients in front. What is the meaning of appointment if you can't keep up the time slot? Highly unprofessional and avoidable agency. People go here only in desperation or they don't have a choice. Please avoid if you respect your time.

One of the best experiences I have ever had for diagnostics. They have a very nice setup and the staff is so decent and helpful. Went there for an MRI and the entire process was very smooth. The technicians also guide you through the entire process and make you as much comfortable as they can. Keep up the good work everyone.

I had called for the ultrasound.receptionist was very rude.yesterday she canceled my appointment bcoz doctor is not available.very irresponsible behaviour

The staff is very courteous and the best part about the lab is hygiene. It is not a herd show, unlike most of the more famous labs these days and a calm composed waiting area.

I want there for the MRI scan. This lab is at the prime location means just beside the main road. I found all the staff very polite and cooperative, specially at the time of procedure technicians helped a lot through the procedure. Even I got the scan Film on the same day and very next day I received the soft copy of report on my email.

Pathetic experience.i went there for follicular study and earlier on phone they told me lady doctor will be available but after reaching they said only male is available and that too he is gone for lunch.all the 3 receptionist standing there were just judging the person and was busy in laughing around.pathetic lab.must have got paid reviews here!

First time it was good. But second time it was pathetic. I have called 3times & ask for ultrasound & blood test. & they given half Info. But when i reach there. The receptionist was rude & didn't want to listen.it was very bad experience.

Very good environment and All the staff were very polite and helpful, especially Ms. Roshni, Ms. Pooja and Ms.deepti their behavior was so kind.it was my second visit and again its an amazing experience.

Initially I was too perplexed about choosing aarthi scans for my tests and scans since I had no history with them but then once I visited that centre I really underwent a very good experience. The staff I mean literally everyone is so kind and helpful and just treats you like another member of the extended family of aarthi scans and labs. Everybody was so supportive. The atmosphere itself helps you relax and calm your self down so that all the procedures can go on smoothly.
I never found such a grounded and down to earth staff especially the technician sir - Mr Pankaj and the nurse Mrs Roshni. They made sure that I was properly taken care of after my contrast CT scan. I was alone at the centre for such a difficult scan but the staff made me feel cared.
I cant thank enough each and every person I met their for helping me undergo all my testings with as less pain as possible.
