Aashra Spa

Very Bad Spa is Dwarka. Room heaters are not working room is Messy. Therapist is inexperienced. Booked 45 Minutes and got 37 minutes. Bed length is 5.5 feet which is not comfortable. I have given Personal suggestion to the owner on WhatsApp it is up to them whether they take is as a complain or feed back. I am highly disappointed with the services Happy New Year to All.

The receptionist (kid) was very very arrogant and she didn’t know how to behave. They should respect customers.

Absolutely delightful experience, it was my first time getting a massage somewhere outside and the staff was polite and professional. I was attend by payal and she asked me if i was comfortable and if she was putting extra pressure than required at every step and was really sweet.
10/10 would recommend to atleast come and try it out once, you won’t be disappointed.

They are purely professional

Best spa in delhi.all staff is very well trained and ambience is very hygiene specially in this covid, everyone need it to get rid out of stressed.

Their new location is very good,
It's very calm and peaceful.

Facilities are very nice. Hot dry and steam sauna to my liking and shower, washroom, and hot tub was also very nice.

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff, reasonably priced.

Cons: Water in the bathroom was too hot in the day time to take shower. Lady at reception confirmed therapy will be of 60 minutes, but later therapist did only 45 minutes massage.

Quality of massage was ok. Looking forward to a better experience next time.

Very very shady place! For all genuine people please avoid! Went thr yesterday for massage and they have horrible place! The masseuse doesn’t know massage at all just talking no sense all the time! Only the reception lady was good with nice behaviour! But for massage please avoid if u want to have good actual masaage experience!
