Very Bad Service. The phlebotomist Anuj Bhagel don't have any experience in taking blood samples. My mother who is suffering from Dengue and we want to take a basic platelets count test, Pricked 3 times on both left and right hand of my mother and moved needle left and right and also back and forth and still unable to take the blood sample. No Hygiene sense and not wearing any gloves though he has it already in his bag. When asked why not wearing, he said casually "generally it is not needed and hence we don't wear them". After pricking I asked him where is band aid and after searching for 5 mins, he doesn't even know that its been already out of stock.

This guy doesn't have the basic sense of hygiene and don't have any experience as such. Please don't accept any booking with this guy as he is Novice and just playing with Patients.

Staff was not on time there was dengue in waiting area after telling same to staff multiple times nothing was done.

Fast and reliable service, no waste of time, go and get your work done without delay. Clean and hyigenic environment. Best service in the area.

They are fraud, i check hba1c of my father on 15th april its come 6.8, however on 13th may its in another lab max hospital it is 7.8 and last reading in max it was 7.4 which we did few day before accuprobe, now is it really possible or some fraud user may decide. They them self claim to be perfact.

Perfect place to get all the body related test plus they they also do COVID antigen test and that to at a very affordable and cheapest price than the market. The best part they also have a home collection facility available

They have provided me with wrong report twice for my 1.5 months old son. They just want money. Really pathetic. I have all the reports.

I have visited the lab and found the excitement management system and rates are also more competative

I am getting monthly test from accuprob jhilmil as i am dialysis patient. Their reports are accurate and up to mark. My main contact with Ms. Babita and she is very competitive and prompt. Senior management staff Sachin sir and shivesh sir also also very helpful. I recommend accuprob for faster and accuracy in sampling and testing. Wish them all the best and hope continue to get such services.

There client lab at agra is very corrupt. Takes money for the test but does not give the receipt. Tried to contact their director but their customer care executives did not connect neither gave me the number.

Worst lab, I ever seen in health field, poor customer assitance, and most of staff is illiterate in respect of concerned knowledge of duty assigned,

I had gone for the RT-PCR test at 8: 30AM and they has taken the samples within 2-3 minutes even got the report at 2: 45PM. Within 5-6 hours I got the report so It’s amazing.

The worst lab! Avoid this lab at all costs! No one is picking, not able to receive report since 3 days!

Humanity touches another low in times of Pandemic and this time by a Healthcare institution.
Accuprobe collected my 79 years old Father's RTPCR (at rates higher than prescribed by the govt) and give us the report after 72 hrs. As I tried to register my father's case in the Integrated Covid Command Center in U. P, I realise that the report has not been uploaded by them. After making various rounds of call to different people at Accuprobe, I am told that Accuprobe cannot register my father's report on UP portal because they are not authorised to. This, technically, makes my father ineligible for hospitalisation. It turn out that they haven't got themselves registered in the U. P.portal and yet are collecting the sample.
I'm getting my father's RTPCR done by another lab today and filing an FIR against Accuprobe for fraud and hidding of essential information.

Not sure about their authenticity. I did my RT-PCR done as I had to travel to another state. But when airport authority checked the report, I got to know that the lab didn't upload the report on the ICMR portal which is a mandatory step. Hence report had no importance and I got re-tested at the airport.

The person who came to collect sample didn't know how to collect it. Didn't took nose swab sample properly and then i results said i was negative.when i was actually positive.

Pathetic service.sample collected for covid test yesterday 6.30 and report has not come yet.behaviour is also very irresponsible.government should ban these kind of diagnostic centres for the critical test like covid

Really thanks to Mr Sanjay and Mr Harsh who helped me personally in getting my test reports and extended courtesy even in a over occupied covid 19 situation.

Till the time test are done, seems like good Dignostics centre, and now im waiting for report for 5th day, and reports they share are of some other person.

Not replying on WhatsApp, neither answering calls. Now thinking to go for some other place for tests to be done.
Never ever refering any1 to go there.

Very bad experience.they commit reports within 48 hours and it's almost 80 hours now and there is no response from anybody.nobody is telling that when I will get the reports.very bad experience and service

Dont know why do they have phone numbers when they dont even pick the calls. Called all their numbers several times yet no response.

I gave my covid sample on Friday

It's Tuesday today and still report is not there

You guys are running a scam

Whereas all labs giving report in 24hrs you took our money and now it's like running behind you

The guy collecting samples for covid has no knowledge what he is doing. Took samples incorrectly due to which the report showed negative for covid. Got a CT scan done 2 days later and it confirmed I am positive. Now I need to get a fresh RT PCR done.
Please don't opt for covid testing

Sample for RT PCR test was collected for myself and my my two kids the individual Deepak Kumar boasted that we charge little extra because our report are good quality, I asked him what is good quality in a diagnostic report, all reports shall be just accurate.

He stated that the reports will be available in morning now its 10pm and I haven't received the reports. I have tried calling the lab it says all agents are busy an I'll get a call back, I have called multiple times since evening. Even messaged this guy Deepak but he doesn't respond. This is very irresponsible in services related to health.

ANYONE WHO SEES THIS PLEASE DON'T ENGAGE WITH ACCUPROBE FOR ANY SERVICE OR BUSINESS

No one should even opt for this diagnostic service. Pathetic partners, people are always waiting to get results. I am.even not sure if the report is authentic.

Pathetic service. Very rude behaviour of Ravi (Narendra). Had covid test yesterday 6am.till now didn't get reports. I would not suggest to anyone. Entire night our family members r waiting for reports. I called customer care. No one answered the call.

They don't deserve one star. But I had to choose one so as to share my brother- in -law experience. This diagnostic centre should be banned and penalised by the ICMR as their guys who come for covid sample collections don't follow the covid protocol particularly P. P. E Kit and put the patient at high risk as bitter experience faced by my brother- in- law today and also they come at late night no punctuality. I strongly advice not to avail their sub-standard services.

Sample collected on 19-4-2021 at 10pm but they registered sample on 21-4-2021 at 12: 41pm. I called them daily but the behaviour was very rude and I got report on 26-4-2021 at 7: 15pm
