Best travel experience with accurate holiday pvt ltd, Rahul panchal has taken care in all the aspects

They take zero ownership after getting first 30% advance. We ve to manage all challenges alone from start of trip with cab nd hotel.

They ve planned taj visit for Friday without even knowing Taj is closed on Friday. For that there suggestion for me was to cancel Taj from plan with small refund that too to be taken from cab driver or start next day early morning 2am.

Especially @vandana who coordinates with me ever attended or replied my message after trip starts.

I got MD number and talking with him. He is super rude in handling customers.

I booked my package from accurate holiday and they did a great job, everything is great who booked my package, Sonam Singh did a great job and suggest me the best package for me.

It was an awesome experience as there was heavy snowfall in manali as well as simla which is unlikely to happen in feb. Travel accurate holiday Ltd. My first experience with Accurate was very worst. I was very disappointed after reaching manali, they have changed my hotel without informing me and as per the package first day should have local sight seen but my cab driver didn't complete all sight seen and he was very arrogant.
I was called multiple times to Accurate member but no one is received my call and my first day was lost.
I was feeling very helpless that day because I had already paid all money.
So as per my experience, don't pay all money, only pay 40% initially and after completing the trip pay rest of the money.

Booked a trip to Manali, chandigarh and shimla. Worst hotel experience we ever had. Transportation was average. Travel manager Vandana have shown very rudely behaviour with my friend as well. Will not recommend this agency for any travel

Entire experience was satisfactory. Pawan Prajapati was extremely kind in helping me find the best package for my trip and made all the arrangements. The Hotel & Staff was really good, the hospitality was great and so was the food. Also, the cab driver was a really nice guy, he didn’t charge a single penny extra from us. Extremely satisfied with my experience.

It was really nice experience in Manali and shimla.all the services were really good. Hitanshu bhai was cooperating and always responded to queries related to the trip. Food quality was okay but also you can’t expect quality food in manali.

It was fantastic Himachal tour for us. Thanks to Vandana ji for best iternity. The cab was new one and driver was very polite and friendly. Best hotel accommodation, Meal at Shimla and Manali was provided by them. It was 4 star hotel. No hidden charges. No payment issues. Million rejoice

We had a wonderful experience with Himachal Pradesh Tour Package (Hill Travels) for our 8N 9D trip. We used their service to plan our entire trip. Rahul ji was very responsive.

Our honeymoon trip to Shimla Manali was not as expected. Didn't get expected room in Manali. Had bad experience with driver. He didn't show us most of the places which was mentioned in the package (saying that there's nothing to see there). And he was forcing us to take the rothang pass which was not in our package (so that he can get extra money from us). For adventure activities he was stopping where he can get commission from they (made us to pay extra amount which was less with other agencies). Driver was asking to get freshup in our room most of the time. And at the end after dropping us to airport he was asking for extra 1500 as it was chargeable after 8. Totally waste of money because of driver.

Very bad behavior by Ajay and the owner as well. Visiting Office is like a closed room which is very much weird, they don't have time for there clients and behave rudely if we need some detailed information.

A professional travel agency's for holiday packages arranged by Mrs Seema dewan senior tour planner, she is available 24 hrs for any kind of assistance, I really enjoyed my holidays in Kullu Manali and shimla.all hotel, transport, and service provider information I received on email in advance before departure which was helpful for me through out journey.

Car tyre was totally burst with no safetynfor passengers and his behavior was very pathetic and for every small trips he said I wll charge for the same it's worst quality bod service of travel agency I wud suggest not to take any plans with this company. I am a travel agent who booked a tour of Himachal in aaccured holiday with my family. At the start of the tour, the tire of the car was in trillion condition and the tires ran out in the car runnig. I talked to the tour operators about this. The 2 nd option in the reply said nothing and the driver's behavior was also not good. The drive was also risky on the hill road and the driver demanded extra money to go 5km.

Bus was so bad we had to struggle alot. 2nd thing is that they asked for checkout in morning and our bus was in evening at 6pm so we had to spend 8 hours on road. Very bad experience

We booked the shimla Manali trip but the manager Ajay singh is cheater.we were 18 people for 13 day's trip and they provided 17 seater and after paying very high prices of trip we got the answers every time from Accurate holidays that adjust yourself. Even hotels are very poor. No intercom no wifi.and they're charging for a heater also and all hotels were out of city center means in last corners of every place and hoteliers also didn't want to serve breakfast and dinner was only two items on all days very bad i requests all not to book any holidays in accurate and don't come in trap of Ajay singh he is a cheater and even his boss is also not cooperative.

We had planned our Manali trip through Accurate holiday but it was worst decision. They will not sort out your problems. The cab driver provided to us was worst. He didn't took us to even half of the places mentioned in the itinerary. On the last day also the tour operator refused to drop us to bus stand. The tour operator took payment in advance and are answerable to nothing. She only misbehaved with us on call. The cab driver asked us to get off the car when told to visit places. Never plan your vacations with Accurate hoilday. They will give you tensions only. Never pay them in advance. Do take this review seriously. Worst tour operator I have came across. Accurate hoildays actually ruined the trip.

If someone want to stay in Shimla then 1st Choice must be "Paradise Village Resort" Because the Service of this hotel is too much perfect and the Manager "Mr. Chandan Ji" nature was fabulous and staffs were also good and help full.
All the team coordinate according to us or our desire. Food was too good and except Dinner's Menu they will not refuse for other requirement.
According to our experience this hotel is perfect and suggest to all.

I went family your with acurate holiday package, waste of money they are 3rd party if any issues arise no one to answer, driver for tour very uncomfortable charges more than expected, hotel they provided with very poor service inspite of they charge 4* cost.
