I have asked them to call but when they sale they sale various means when after sale service is too bad

My car DL3CCP5770 went on service two weeks before. No record provided to me regarding my car tyres, battery etc and said it will come on email. After service, too much noise from car front side. When I complaint, I got reply that car typers need to replace. What a third class service and cheating with customers. ACE Honda change tyres and other accessories. I would not recommend ACE Honda to anyone.

Ace Honda came to my rescue when I had to let go my Amaze Diesel. They were able to give me delivery of Elevate (although I compromised on colour). The sales experience was good. I had to followup proactively but the response was always good from Sales representative. Owning a Honda already, I have no concerns. This time the staff prepared everything 1 day before delivery and delivery was fast. They explained major things about features and service. Small unveiling ceremony took place and then we were good to drive. Thanks team' Ace Honda.

In aug 22, I did my service from Ace Honda, when I gave my car it was running ok without any issue but when they returned back my battery stop working on 1st start, I asked to Ace Honda service engineer he said battery life is only 3 years but How can it possible before service there was no issue and after service suddenly my battery is dead, they cheated me, now I will never give my car for service to ace!

Unprofessional behaviour, no support to customers on pick n drop. Service charges are high compared with other service provider as some service provider offer discount to their standard price. Strongly suggest not to take services from them

We bought Honda City 5g VX MT. Deepti was the sales person. She helped us through out the process very well and we got the car delivered on the date and time we needed. It was a great experience.

Best showroom for Honda cars in Delhi/NCR. I purchased Honda Amaze and I am fully satisfied with car and their services. Sales, customer service and after sales service is awesome.

I purchased a City car in Exchange of my Old Civic Car on 12th August 2021. The Sales person Nikhil and auto Terrace person Rakesh Johar promised me that the car will not move out of premises till the Registration Transfer has taken Place. I believed in them and signed all the documents as requested by them. To my surprise on 10th of September 2021, I got two SMSes from Delhi Traffic Police informing me that on 25th August 2021 at night time of 3: 30 AM there has been a Red Light Traffic Violation.

I visit the Dealership personally on 12th September to talk to Mr. Rakesh Johar and he promised me that the papers have been submitted to RTO office and he will provide me the Acknowledgment of the same in next 2 or 3 days, but it is now more than a week and I have not heard from him so far. The insurance of the car is getting over on 22nd September 2021 and they have not even renewed the insurance. As per Supreme Court, if any mishap happens after you have sold the car (and vehicle registration is not transferred to the buyer) the total responsibility Is of the person under whose name the vehicle is registered.

This is my worst experience of purchasing a car. These people are running the reputation of Honda Car and also the Dealership.

I suggest never buy or sell a car with ACE HONDA Dealership in NOIDA. It is one of the worst dealership represented by fraud people who will promise anything to you to sell the car and will not fulfil their promises.

BE AWARE OF THEM to SAVE YOURSELF OF MENTAL HARRASMENT.

Great service at the repair shop. The manager was polite and explained bill break-up, work done, threw in extra freebies. Impressed.

Visited ACE Honda for maintenance and servicing. However, felt that response from staff is very slow, vehicle was not delivered on schedule time. Infotainment system of the vehicle was given in fully working condition but received in non-working condition on receipt of vehicle after servicing. No satisfactory response from management.

My car had no problem with brakes before I gave it to ace honda. After the car left there is problem with brake pad and disc. Now they say that they need to change it.

Staff behaviour is worst.

I came around 11: 00am in the morning and they gave my car around 6: 30pm where my car is less than one year old, also my most of the problems are remains same. The way supervisor attended is really bad.

I suggest not to go here, if in worst scenario you have to visit here the first attendant should be must skilled to understand your problem or else you can ask to give other attendants.

It has been 2 weeks since I am unable to use my car because it was in body shop before that where the door latch went faulty and since then faulty part arrived on 31 jan and now I am waiting for them to install and I am calling them repeatedly to remind for installation but they are unable to understand the seriousness of the situation.

Pramodji at service end is a superb persona, I am getting my Honda serviced here since 2013 an amazingly cost effective, Consumer centric and will help you save your money for sure. 100% genuine.

It is a fraud services centre.
It take charge of labour while in third free service labour is free.
Do unnecessary work and charge wrongly.
So please avoid this service centre.

Pathetic service. They argue with those things which is not possible.never recommend this service center for car servicing. Having a problem with the brand new car.

Worst service centre ever seen across automobile industry. The service manager didn’t even bothered to acknowledge the problem and was rude and unhelpful. He was busy yapping on phone. His knowledge about the cars is shallow yet he is service manager.

Just saw review of Mr. Kishor Kumar. Same happened with me 6 years back. On very first service, gear knob was replaced with an old one. I made a lot of hue and cry, but nothing happened. At that time I thought that may be I am wrong. But, Now, I know that this is a usual practice. So beware. Take photos of your car accessories before handing over car for servicing.

After 2 years, received a response here and that too asking to give feedback. Isn't what I have written above a 'feedback'? What else they want?

Buying experience was OK from them though they took lot of time.services is OK so far. Problem handling - my reverse camera was not working properly, needed to take car to them 3 times and a complaint to Honda to get it Fixed.

In short you need to get pushy with them. You do not have much option in Noida if you want to get car service from honda auth service center
