Poor service after purchase. Even Head of Acer Brand in India is not care. Given wrong emails on company website, my trailing emails returned. I lodged complaint of my 50 inch 4k smart TV. Could not remove the Line from the Panel.
Best service center experience EVER. GOODBYE DELL, first, Dell sells us laptops for 50% more price than in USA, and only launch outdated models for mid range (upto 1.3 lakh). Acer laptop are best valuable and service center like this is cherry on top, keeping the experience tension free. They try to do their best to fix issue without making us to pay first, and I have got free services and troubleshoot various times. If you will request they can also provide discount (not always) but again, Acer is not overpriced. I must say, underrated company and underrated service.
Acer company is a complete cheat. They just want to save money by not fixing genuine troubles in their devices. Their products have low life and the warranty is fake. You can't prove the issue if someone has closed eyes.
