Don't take connection by act they are very clever when you buy connection giving you 14 months plan and taking charges one time. Once you get connection i one week trouble 3 days break down and service provide in 2 days 3 days stupid services

Worst quality of service takes days to resolve the issue customer care executives are rude they just make false promises like issue will be resolved within hours but takes days to resolve them and you have sit with connectivity untill they solve it. Won't recommend this fraud company to anyone.

Worst quality of service.the technician never pick up the call. I have been waiting for days for ACT to resolve the connectivity issue.but there is absolutist no response. Do yourself a favor and never opt for this pathetic service provider. Dont go with the average review, they are all paid.

It's a scam. On a 100 mbps plan you get 30-40 in the evening. The customer service is pathetic. Engineers are rude and will close the call without even visiting you.

I am back to local cable. It works better. ACT is all advertisemt and nothing else.

Worst ISP in India, very poor and unresponsive service and they do not respond or make it deliberately hard to speak to their customer service but don't skep a beat asking for payment or charging late payment fees. Fraudulent company with a disgusting cheap mentality that will hopefully go bankrupt and shut down.

Fraud. The owner doesn't pick up calls after receiving the payment. Be careful with such fraudsters.
