Giving one star because there is no option for zero star Service was worst agents are fraud plss don't choose act very unprofessional staff zero customer service they charged me extra 250 rs to activate my connection in 2 hours but after 2 days my connection is still not activated when you call them they switched of their phones not recommended at any cost.
If there is an option for zero star then I'll definitely give 0 star bcoz you deserve this worst experience ever I suggest to everyone not go for So called Act fibernet. Nah toh network aata hai or na koi customer service hai its totally wasting of money.
Good in speed, but worst in service.you can't rate the service as they don't serve you. 100s of call and no one bother to pick the call.they just ignore the calls.
What worse is their customer care, they only try to pacify you and promises to escalate the ticket.but, no one listens or provide the actual support.
They force you to use the mobile app to avail and use the internet facility. The app will steal data from your phone. They lure customers into using their app by providing discounts and waiving off installation charges. Never install their app. Keep your phone and data safe.
Do not take ACT Fibernet connection.these are the froud people. I would say gang of frouds. They took money from me & now even they do not pick my phone. If u dail from another number they will pick immidiatly, after if u talk about ur connection installation, they will immidiatly hang up the phone.please stay away from these froud gang of ACT.
Worst service and professionalism - - - they will not entertai. Once you paid them online for new connection. Worst people and team in fiber broadband. Request lending for my frnd from last 18days - - rajnagar 2 area palam
I was in urgent need of a stable internet connection for WFH. But after paying them the advance 6 months rental they aren't providing the installation. Could have opted for Airtel if I knew their tactics. Edit- Finally the process started on 21/07 Noon. And completed on 23rd. It was tedious but the Internet Speeds are unmatched. 1/5 Star for service, 6/5 for Internet AS of now. Will update Later.
Non of their employees are bothered to help and after taking money they don't answer the phone. This is the worst service provider. Don't opt for it. Speed is fine but that's not what matters. Even after your connection activation it doesn't work properly.

Stay away from these frauds. They take money in advance andd don't provide service. My wifi was installed very late after countless number of calls that werent picked. Not even One day after installation, wifi box stopped working and no one is picking up the phone still. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT OPT FOR ACT FIBERNET AT ALL.
My internet is not working from 31st may 2020 i have called so many times but all agents said our technician is working on it. Nobody responsed well to me. Neither make any callback to me now.please anybody help me to resolve my issue as I am not able to do my office work

Worse service. Just worked for one day and stopped working. Called endlessly but no action was taken. The speed is good but you cannot rely on this service for your work. I would say, don’t be fooled by the rental cost and speed. You will end up disappointed and most of the time you lose your sense because you just paid for service they don’t care after receiving your payment. Sorry #ACT_Fibrenet
I booked for new connection.and now its more then 12 days i m not getting new connection till now.and the worst part is when i call the person they told me sir it will be done today my technician will come and call you.even i have not any idea that when i getting the connection.please give me the solution for this. One of the worst service providers, installation takes weeks. The sales person does not respond once the payment is done. The field guys do not even entertain their office instructions.
When it works it works really good. Once it's down it takes more than 24hrs to get it fixed with endless calls. I got the connection on March this year paid for 6 months. Will not renew this connection.
