This is a fraud company first they will sell you their plan and then they will increase the prices to four times and will ask you to pay. If you don't they will remove the connection. And the money you have paid for the router also gets wasted. It's a fraud company and such companies should get banned! Big shame for the company.

Paid 5k for new connection almost a week before. Haven't heard from these guys. The executive is not picking up the call after I made the payment. I read the reviews online, despite bad reviews, I thought of trusting the executive once but all in vain. They have been really unprofessional.

I had there connection a month ago and now its like a ritual that it gets off automatically and this time is off for 4 days today
Calling to know till when this will get resolved but there is no one to help or listen apart from the customer support people who are not saying anything but they will pass it on since 4 days asking me to wait for 24 hours. I need my money back

I've purchased the connection yesterday and it was supposed to be installed yesterday, I'm constantly calling to Satendra who took the request and he ensured me that it'll get done today and now they are not responding, I've tried to reach their engineer team but there are just saying again and again same word we are on the way and it's almost evening and they couldn't reach to my place for installation since morning. It was my mistake that I've purchased it without checking any reviews about it. Thanks for making me realize that I've made a mistake.

Their before and after service is poles apart. Wont recommend this to anyone. After making payment to the plan no one picks phone when we want to check status for wifi installation. Before that we get numerous calls from the sales people. Wouldn't suggest this network to anyone.

These people are totally pathetic. I asked them many a times for monthly wifi bill but these people pay no heed to my request.

I paid 1984/- for internet connection on 19th march because I need broadband on emergency bases. But your man Kamlesh +918448585674. Not picking my call from 20th march. I opt ur service because someone recommended me. But this is wrong decision you guys are not able to do what u say.

You take my money by giving fake promises.

You guys don't know the meaning of service and value of consumers time.
