This network is amazing From personal experience. Only faces a 2 hour outage like twice a year that too for maintenance and the speeds are MORE than you buy. I have 150 Mbps plan and get anywhere between 170-180

Pathetic company and pathetic service

I was the new customer of your company and installed the connection in July this year. I thought that I will enjoy the uninterrupted connectivity but yesterday everything changed. So I got a message in the afternoon that connection will be down for 3 hrs and I thought that after 3 hrs it will be back, but to my dismay nope, even in the night the net was not working. Then I thought to complain and I raised a ticket around 1 am. I expected a callback in the morning but nobody called me, thus, I called around 11 am and the person said that it will be resolved in the upcoming 3 hrs and the technician will be at ur place within 3 hrs. I waited for 3 hrs but no call and no technician. I again called at 4 pm and was told that there is big problem in the area and technical team is working on it and it will be back at 1830hrs. Unfortunately during that time I had an important video call which I postponed to 7 pm. AT 1830 hrs I thought internet will be working fine but again I was disappointed. After their failed assurances I used my mobile personal hotspot and attended video call but when I had to send a big file I could not send it through my mobile net. I felt so embarrassed that I have decided to not to use your connection anymore. GUYS DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE WORST, THEIR SERVICE IS NOT GOOD, IF ANY PROBLEM COMES YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2-3 DAYS.

The service is pathetic. Got a new connection and the executive forced me to get a 6 month connection and made me pay for it even before getting the connection done. As soon as I made the payment the problems of not picking up the calls and fake promises started. Everyday they had a new reason for not getting the connection done. These people are extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

They don't even pick the call after taking the payment from the customer, Pathetic and very unprofessional service.
