Act Fibernet Net high speed

Very poor customer service, I raised the request in the morning at 9 am. At 1pm I received a message that your issue is resolved. No one visited from the act team neither any one connected me & the issue was still same till evening. I can't work for that day. Finally l decided to opt out from this I requested all never opt ACT service.
