I have ordered 2 dress forms from Adam's Mannequins. First delivery was on time and dress form was in good condition. However second dress form was damaged during shipping. I liked the customer support provided by Adam's Mannequins. They acknowledged the issue very promptly, and started the process of replacement. The only part which I feel they could improve is in their packaging of products.

Also, I would suggest that you include some starter kit or user's guide etc for new users to guide them on different features and DOs and Donts.

Apart from this their product is of high quality and accurate.

All the sizes are very similar to Alvanon, very cheap in terms of Alvanon. I & my designer team is very satisfied with the sizes and shape. Before placing the order we asked lot of question to them they replied each and every questions in best way.
