Adarsh Yamaha Service Center

They use steal spare parts from other bikes to fix yours. I went here a week ago and the mechanic told me that I could replace your spare parts from another bike which were worn in my bike. I would suggest to avoid this service centre at any cost. If there is an emergency then also you don't have to go to this place for servicing your bike

Cashier is rude and don't treat customer well. They don't have option to pay online i.e, UPI, Bar code scan so they want only cash also they don't have proper spare parts. So overall i have bad experience with them

After lockdown this service centre is not comes under Yamaha Authorised Partner they are running this in third party ownership, but still charging over priced labour charge on services and products, and also doing scam while services, please be aware.

Not very trained staff, plus spare parts are not available, the service center doesn't have much space, it's confined on a small area.

This is a Fake Yamaha Service centre. They do seem to have original spare parts. This service centre is officially discontinued by Yamaha.

They didn't change engine oil in service of my bike. Once I went for break pads They installed fake one. Very bad service. Please avoid going this place. Even local mechanic are much better then this

Located at lado srai with uday hona service center good but I don't have enough experience with that Yamaha service center to explain deeply.

It used to be one of the best Yamaha service centre earlier.but now a days, every second customer is not satisfied.there should be more service centre in South Delhi.

They Didn't have the proper spare parts. And i tried calling them before going but they don't pick up

Service is okay, waiting time is more than average. This place needs more renovation and staff to cater all the customers within the time limit.

Most of the times, spare parts are not available. Even commonly used parts are not available.

Totaly fraud palace this manger vinod is very bad person. His behaviour is not good how to talk with coustmer.he talk with very roudly and his taking to much extra chrges.my experince is very bad so dont go there.

Avoid these service centre, they only know how to extract money from customers. When you give for servicing they will just add whatever is not necessary to add up to your total amount. Their work is also not satisfactory and labour charges are high compared too other Yamaha service centres.

I will NEVER recommend this service center if you truly love your bike.

I gave them my fz25 to get it repaired. It had some problems with cdi and throttle body. They did cleand the fuel pump and charged it a ridiculous amt of Rs. 800 which got damaged just 2 days after. When i visited them for the same reason they acted very unprofessionally. They started to blame the issue on each other. They always add some unnecessary amt on cleaning and stuff like that. Very bad place to get your bike fixed.

Too bad servicing.owner tries to make heavy bills only.mechanics are not trend.please don't believe on them

Labour charges are too too high. One clutch wire costing RS140 and labour charges for the same was charged 192 + 18%GST. This is ridiculous as any mechanic outside charges just RS 30-40 for changing the clutch wire. Yamaha India should revise their labour charges to a nominal rate to avoid loosing their customers. Staff is good but the service center is not having the normal parts which are usually required by the customers like clutch wire or chain set.

Worst service center to bring your vehicle for a service.
If you want to spoil the engine of your bike or increase problems in your riding experience then you can visit this place.
Very rude staff, dirty place without any maintenance.
The concerned person to handle the service center is rude and doesn't know how to behave.
Moreover they are over priced and suggest you to get unnecessary things done to your bike.
DO NOT VISIT THIS SERVICE CENTER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

The worst experience ever, they are charging 270rs for Yamaha chain lube and cleaning liquid spray and local (ordinary) brand apply on your bike, they will say you, please wait on upstairs during service.

Really really bad experience please don't give the for service they will steal your new parts from the bike an replace it with old ones
1 they will ask you to wait in the lounge if you don't they will force you
2 they will steal your petrol
3 they will steal the new parts an replace with old

If you love your Bike don, t GO TO LADO SARAI for servicing your bike and this is not authorized also.
They charged me Rs. 775 for cleaning FZ FI injector wherein, okhla service centre is charging only 400 approx.and many more issues, I have faced during service.like their labor charge is too high in free service also they dont wash your bike properly, and if you ask them that did you clean this part they will say yes but they didn't have done that. I went for 4 service but they didn't solve my problem in bike.

I will give negative to negative rating to this place as a normal garage will do most of the repairs with less price than this. In the name of servicing they will just wash the bike and that's what they told me and that too for 400 and above. The manager himself told me that when i refuse to change any parts. As i have changed and been fooled by them previously 3 months back.they are telling me to change the same parts again. This is the proof of real thugs here.bloody cheaters. I will make sure this service centre gets closed and i will file a complaint against them in court.

Bad experience. Very vague service. Customer longue is in upstair and the service bay in ground floor. Customer is unable to know what work is doing on his vehicle.

Charging high price. They charge even for the greasing and oiling where local workshops don't do it. Go there if you need genuine repair.

Very bad experience.staff is very irresponsible.they even don't know how to talk to customer. Ac is not workingin customer lounge.water dispenser is not in condition that anyone drink water from it.they will clean not bike properly.always try to cheat & make fool of customer.no facility of washroom.always try to make bill high.completey cheater they are.

Wrost place to buy a bike, no customer care, I had very bad experience, they didn't ask even a single glass of water.

The Employees are very much rude, If in ur bike doesn't having any problems even though they are asking to change the parts. Fraud and rude people.

Please go to Okhla or somewhere else.or else be present there while servicing. They are highly unreliable. Please don't believe on them. Go for a second opinion if they are charging more than 2000

Bunch of Frauds and Cheaters!

They tell you to change everything. They told me to change chain sprockets, clutch plate, brake shoes & entire pass light switch box. I didn't listen to them and told them not to change anything.

It's been more than 6 months since I serviced from there and I never changed them so far. And my bike is totally running without any problems.

They didn't even wash my bike enough even though I paid for polish as well. Morons.

They wasted the time and there is monika mam who, just here for sitting with lipstick, having no use. They don't bother to do service after 2 Hr.

100% AGREE WITH MR. Gaurav Raj- Cheaper than 3rd Class Service, Unprofessional employee, not enough space like a yamaha type brand service center, Whenever I said, there is problem they said, "Will replace part", even a sound coming from tyre, said change Chain set, I was riding my bike properly and feeling happy when they trial my bike and said pickup is weak change clutch plate, change break shoe, change air filter, change handle ball, change mud guard, chain set etc, You will really feel that how is your bike running if so much problem, LOL, Even they dont wash your bike properly, I showed mud remain and black oil the mechanic and again washed, NOT work done anymore which is as per service criteria, THEY Even dont tighten up any screw except engine oil tank, In the name of service only washed and changed engine, Believe me ISSE GHATIYA SERVICE CENTER PURE DELHI ME NAHI HO SAKTA, its better to get service from local mechanic and save your hardly earn money, dont feel cheated and waste time

Extremely bad experience. I had visited this service centre two months backto get my yamaha Fazer serviced. They told me replace so many things and I followed. The charges were huge. When I visited here just 1 week before. I was shocked when they told me to replace almost all the parts which were replaced in the last service. And I am not talking about some cheap parts. I argued and they started making silly excuses to convince me. Anyway I got if done when I went for the billing the reception lady added some of teh things which were not even done. You have to be extremely attentive at this service centre. The guys downstairs kept on telling me not to be in the ground floor. He and mechanic even told me that it's going to take 1-2 hours in all the things. But when I denied to go, he finished the thing in less than 15-20 min. I could tell that he was planning to rrplrep the good parts of the bike with the faulty one. But could not do as I was reluctant to go. When i took my out of the service centre i realised he hasn't done anything to my bike. Even washing was not done properly. In one sentence "Avoid going to this service centre they are bunch of cheaters"

Service is fine, but they charge too much.n they have labour charge for everything thing. Which is nicely burns up a huge hole in Ur pocket.

Good service engineers, service centre provides teflon coating if you want for additional cost, all spare parts available.
