Delivered Quick service in quoting for the repairs and then repairing.

After repaired only the dispatch part irritated me.

Even after requesting the guy at dispatch 3 times to return my product, he kept demanding time and still failed to deliver.
Lastly I kept stood in front of him after which he started the process.

Lastly, Gaurds were helpful too who helped me with parking the car.
As car parking is not easily available there i suggest two wheeler over four.

You need to register first and generate RMA number. App name is cpplus intelli app and generate RMA.

Worst service centre i ever visited took me 1 hour only for just submitting my camera.and given a 5 day long time but not only this much long wait after 11th day still not repaired and given another 1 week time.how can someone be this much irresponsible towards their customer.i recommend not to purchase cp plus brand or any other thing related to aditya group.

Maintained and professional service center. But not providing service of Dahua Cameras right now. 2 STAR minus for this unfortunate reason.

Worst customer suport they offered. I bought the camera cp plus ep21 last month and i am facing some technical issue. Trying to get in touch with the company, no one is picking up the phone, no one is replying to emails, and on facebook. What kind of a brand you guys stands for? What kind of services do your team or management provides to your customer. No after sales no support.

Worst service. I submitted my CP plus DVR & after one month got confirmation that it is fixed. When called the reception lady for the appointment she is soo rude. I don't know why she is rude. May be I called her ma'am & she is not used to listen the word.

10 days back i send thermometer and poe switch still now not receive any product.contentiously asked to service center no response, sales team also no response, i'm dealing CP plus more than 8 years, This after surely i will not sale CP Plus product, very disappointed with the product, Coimbatore service center person very worst performance and sales person also, There wording are too hard, there are telling CP plus product buying is my big mistake

Very bad service. I aaked them gst bill. But they are skulking. I lost 700 rs as gst. I am having shop with gst number. But they are not ready to give gst bill. And they are not picking phone calls also

I am fully satisfied with there service, they have a positive approach towards the customers and try to solve there problem as soon as possible.

Service Centre for CPplus & adhua. Very well maintained building. Service Centre staff is good & responsive. They provide tea & coffee to customers if they're waiting in waiting area. It is near to Govindpuri metro station from there 10₹ autorickshaw to F block then walking distance of just 5 minutes from f block traffic light.

CP Plus and Dahua service centre. Waiting time in queue is 1hr approx. Reach by 10am if you want to beat the queue.
