ADN Broadband - Best Internet Service Provider in Delhi Broadband & Lease Line Provider in Delhi

They are fraud fraud fraud in terms of payment I have mistaken and transfered 500 extra they are not returning back, skipped my issue

The worst customer service I have ever seen. This 1 star is only for the uninterrupted WiFi service.

When the customer gets late to recharge, they will call you multiple times and ask to recharge. When we want permanent disconnection, even after calling multiple times, none of their executives will come to take back the broadband, and will not give the caution amount.

Every time we call, they will say that one of their executives will come to take back the broadband and will return the caution amount back. But in order to not give the caution amount, they intentionally will not send their executive and delay the process.

I was the victim of their bad customer service. Can't even say bad, it's the worst. There was no response from their side for almost 15 days. Finally when I went to the office with the device, only then they returned the caution amount after checking the device.

Edit: - I got a reply for my above review from ADN that they got my complaint regarding termination only on 28 October 2023.

My reply to ADN: - This is also a reason why I gave a very low rating. I have the proof that I contacted you on 15 October 2023 and after that there was no response from your side. And then again you are trying to justify and cover your mistakes. Very Pathetic!

ADN Broadband is the best broadband provider in Delhi. Good customer support. Best service

Worst service since last two months.approx 40 to 50 complaints per month bcz internet disturb twenty days in a month’

Very bad service. No customer care to pickup your call internet has been stopped from last night you will lose all your work after using ADN just stick to any other best service provider they are just looting in the name of fake offer.

Worst experience I have been taking 599 package speed of 110 Mbps but I am unable to receive the speed of 40 they are just fake and bad providers plz don't install this company's wifi at your home

The most worst internet service I have ever seen, already in Rs. 500 monthly plan giving 50mbps speed.and took 3month money in advance but since then speed is upto 30mbps, hardly stable.even despite complaint don't pay any heed, like they had only concern with the money of consumer, finally i would suggest not go for adn net.

No support, no one receives at customer service and no regard for customer.
They will only call when payment is pending else they will not even bother to receive any calls. I want to disconnect pls help with the process for refund.

Plz don't install this service, because very bad service.and customer service is very very bad.no one is taking responsibly after installation, even net speed is very bad.if you take plan of 50 you will find speed only 30.and its rang is very low, so think 100 times for giving money them,

Very poor quality service. They are the worst internet service provider I have ever used. The internet keeps getting disconnected everyday and now they are not returning my money that I have paid them for 1 year. Beware of these frauds.

I have 2 connections installed by ADN and none of them is working at all. I have paid them for their highest plan and I am not even getting 2-5 MBPS of speed and these people are not picking up any calls now.

ADN customer care not Good customer care team his use the abuse language and I am talk to his senior person but he is a cut my call

The worst service in Patelnagar. No customer support, no speed and they will keep you fooling by saying 'abhi ho jaega 10 minute me, abhi aadhe ghante me ho jaega' and so on. Think twice before taking their services. Never use their service.
