They don't provide support on the fitting and wiring. The wiring is broken for the connections every 15 days and we have to pay their service charge every time to fix the wiring. The customer Support staff (Nitika) is not supportive at all.

One of the worst customer service with illiterate and abusive staff all round, these people are bunch of scammer who just wants to charge you extra money for installation of their pathetic locks. Totally Jahil people.

2साल की गारंटी तो दूर की बात है मेरा लॉक तो 20दिन मै ही खराब हो गया । ओर कोई पूछने वाला नहीं हैं।

After installation, the service is very bed and lock also very bed not working properly. In one month two times demage. And staff also illiterate. Taking manners also rude.

Worst after sales service.customer care does not respond at all to calls and messages very disappointed with the product.will never buy product of this company in future.

Beware! People it's a fraud company,
Local dealers sell you this company 3rd grade products at a higher price. And their products won't even last for 6 months and when u go for warranty, they start demanding money even if the product is in 2 year warranty.

यह एक धोखाधड़ी है और में तो इनके खिलाफ पुलिस कंप्लेंट करने की भी सोच रहा हूं। वे शुरू में यह दावा करेंगे की इसे इंस्टॉल (लगाने का) पैसे भी इसी मैं इंक्लूड हैं पर बाद में वेल्डिंग का किसी और नाम पर आप से १००० के आसपास पैसे ले लेंगे।यदि आप भुगतान नहीं करते हैं, तो आपकी वारंटी शून्य हो जाएगी।
यदि आप भुगतान करते हैं, तो भी वे कुछ न कुछ छोटी-छोटी बातों का बहाना बनाते रहेंगे और तकनीशियन कभी नहीं आएगा। पोस्ट-सेल्स सपोर्ट में यह फोन नही उठाते हैं। अगर उठा लिया तो समझ लीजिए आपकी किस्मत आज सातवें आसमान पर है। वारंटी के भी चार्जेस हैं जो यह यह लेते हैं पर उसकी कभी रिविप्ट नही देते हैं और न पहले बताते हैं

*आप कितनी भी कोशिश कर लें पर वारंटी सुपोर्ट आप कभी नही ले पायेंगे चाहे आप पहले पैसे दे दे जो यह बताते नही है पर वारंटी के चार्जेस है। अगर टेक्नीशियन आ गया तो भी कोई बहाना मार कर वो आपसे पैसे लेगा

यदि आप भुगतान करते हैं, तो वे तकनीशियन को भेजने के लिए बहाने बनाते रहेंगे।

पोस्ट-सेल्स सपोर्ट फोन नहीं उठाता है, केवल व्हाट्सएप।

If there is any problem in lock I will have to face rude behaviour of there customer care staff but no technical visit for long

Fraud company all team is fraud after sales is very poor…. Nd when we complain abt the service they only send the barcode for after sales charges…. Nd when we transfer the money they will start cutting your call……very bad experience

Pathetic after sales service. They ask for 500 advance money as pre-deposit and then also you have to wait 2-3 days for technician. Technician can come anytime without prior timing information.

Plz don't buy their locks, in just 1.5months my connection to lock stopped working. They use extremely poor wire system to make more money as you will have to call the technician again n again.

Never ever recommend to Anyone. Poorest of the poorest after sales services ever seen. They behave like they are bigger then everyother company. They don't listen to the customer problem. Some illiterate staff talks like an automated machines. They never ever give any warranty. Don't ever buy there products at any cost. Always go for Branded companies. They are just pathetic.

Not only were they unresponsive, but the staff members who did engage with me were shockingly illiterate in addressing my problem. They sounded like automated machines, incapable of comprehending the simplest of issues. I felt unheard and disrespected throughout the entire process.

What is even more frustrating is their refusal to provide any warranty for their products. This lack of accountability speaks volumes about their confidence in the quality of their merchandise. It is simply unacceptable to sell products without standing behind their performance and leaving customers to bear the brunt of faulty items.

I implore everyone to refrain from purchasing anything from them. Their after-sales service is abysmal, and they exhibit no concern for customer satisfaction or resolving issues. They disregard the basic principles of customer support and leave consumers feeling utterly helpless and frustrated.
