I want there first time for the keratin, global nd highlights at that time I meet with Nagma ji. She is so supportive and helpful. She always done my work very good. Her behaviour with the client is so humble. She done her work so good. I done my work always there. Because she gave me a best deal and good service always. I suggested that must visit. I always done my work with Nagma. I never trust another one. She done well.

Nagma specially made my experience worst and cheated me!

I visited this place and asked about the price for GK keratin treatment and they told me that its 5000 but since i had short hair she can make it 4000 for me.

After a day i saw a voucher on “Nearbuy App” of Mrp 5000 which was being provided at 50% i.e 2500.
I called the Salon staff named Nagma and asked that if i can redeem that voucher and get my treatment done she said yes on the call and told me not to purchase the voucher and she’ll give me the services in the same rate when I’ll visit.
When i went there, as soon as i entered the salon i showed Nagma the voucher and she nodded and asked me to be seated and then came and asked if i want to have GK keratin or basic one to which i replied Gk one.
After the whole services were done i made an online payment of 2500 to which Nagma said no i told you that the Gk treatment is of 5000 and in the voucher you can get only Basic keratin treatment and i can’t give you GK Keratin in 2500, which was not at all True she never told me this and didn’t made it clear.
In the end she lied that she made it clear in the beginning and was talking VERY rudely, she made a huge scene in the parlour itself and made me feel really very embarrassed because of which i paid 1500 more i.e she took a payment of 4000 in total instead of 2500 as discussed on the call.

I would have happily get my services done in 4K only if she would have not lied to me in beginning and made it clear when i called her. But NO, she wanted to PLAY GAMES and CHEAT ME to get a CUSTOMER!

Nagma hussain charged Hefty amount even after providing bad services and burning my leg while waxing! She lied and was very unprofessional
Earlier she acted very sweet but once the fault came on her she just changed her colours and was overly rude

Nagma is a cheater!
Acts very kind and sweet but i saw her real colours as she lied to me about the payment amount and asked for extra money after the services were done and was way too rude! She frauded me to get a customer!
Be careful before going and just a suggestion if you go there do record calls or keep it in written for how much payment is to be done so that she doesn’t fool you like she did to me!

My daughter had very bad experience there. I will suggest all not to waste your money there.

While the service was fine, there was an electricity issue and only a fan was working! It was warm and humid. Flies were also an issue.

I just got my hair cut and have to say super friendly staff. I was treated very well and am really happy with the results!

Got my keratin done from this. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the treatment. Staff is superb. Nagma took care of my appointment and everything very well. Stylist mithilesh and Saif were over the average. They select the perfect shade as per my tone and keratin was upto the mark. Although my wash is pending but I. Am sure post that also result will be amazing.
