Mismanaged and horrible manager and communication issues. Don’t go here if a women - ok for men and barber services. They are awful with color and overcharge everything.staff needs training for what they are trying to charge for. And management is lazy and doesn’t understand women’s hair.all they care about it charging money regardless of its what the clients wants.it’s pathetic. Charged me 15,000 for a keratin and bleached my hair the sameday.they have destroyed my hair and I paid 50,000.
