I have been a regular customer at Aflon and have always received correct advice pertaining to my hair treatments. The hair treatments are done appropriately, and have been value for money. I will recommend, if you are looking for any kind of hair treatments.

Worst experience with aflon. I have done kera+smooth few days before but my hair doesn't look nice. Not look like treatment hair. Totally waste of money and time.worssst experience. I will never go there again

I m a regular customer here and their services are also pretty good but this time i m very disappointed.staff was rude. The girl at the counter was sending customers back after 1-1.5 hours waiting. Her behavior was very poor and disrespectfull. Male hair dresser specially. Were not dedicated towards work. The staff was not at their commitments. Basically they don't understand the value of someone's time. I do have a suggestion for them, they should change their staff.

I dont know from where to start, my experience was pathetic, i made huge mistake for selecting aflon for my special D-day. Staff is not at all professional, they dont even know how to drape dupatta, makeup artist jyotsana is not at all professional, she did my makeup so fast that i was telling her to pls do something to hide my pore which is a basic for them, they hire rookee and they don't have manners to talk and very bad attitude towards customers. Don't know how to handle work load. They just ruined my special days Never recommend to any girl who is going for their wedding makeup dont go ever.

I have had make up for my sister's wedding and took package where so called professional does make up. And that professional is jyotsana. She has no professionalism, she wasn't there on time, no hygiene was there in the studio and she didn't do proper make up, I was telling to use contour and all. My mom got ready as well, she was not satisfied as well, neither was I. They only treat good to their old customers. But honestly, don't go there for make up and that woman has different level of attitude. My makeup vanished after few hourse only (maybe after 2 hours). Didn't spray makeup fixture. Totally wastage of money.

Aflon owner is very good in bridal makeup.
She did very well her job. I am very happy to see my wife after bridal makeup.

Searching for a beautiful make-up with the X factor then this is the place for you. Jyotsna, the makeup artist adds glamour to her clients with affection. She makes herself available for you even if it is untimely. Services are reasonably priced and team works to give the best experience to the client.

My 1st and Last Experience Was Very bad. The service here is also very bad, no one responds well. It makes the client wait for 2-2 hours by lying

Very worst experience i have becoz staff and manager doesn't coordinate properly he said wait for 15 min. And then he take 1 hour then i came without cut idiots

The floor was covered with cut hair. No hygeine. The person who did my spa didn't even blow my hair dry. He just dried them till they stopped dripping water. Disgusting.

Pathetic experience. No value of time. Prior appointment and waited for half an hour to attend even. Poor quality products used. They have hired kids as their staff. They are non professional, non coperative. Not worth. Not recommended to visit even if they give free service even.

I took a package, they treated something else, I already mentioned that I have problem with that particular thing. Instead of my selection they did something else.

I don't know where to begin. I have had bad instances with haircuts before but nothing compares to the horrible treatment I've exprexperie here. Waited for 2 hours to get to the haircut, saw 2 guys come in and break the queue, no questions asked. Then the barber started to pick on each other like it's some game. And after spending 3 hours in this place I stormed out. Threw my apron with the worst haircut I've ever received. I plead you to NEVER GO HERE! THE BARBERS ARE THE WORST YOU WILL FIND. THEY TAKE 1 HOUR FOR A HAIRCUT. Also while I was there, 2 customers had complained about their issues, one even shouting at the management. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS SALON

Worst hair cut i can ever get.

Pathetic experience. I went for waxing at Afflons in Rani bagh and the girl named Anu dropped hot wax on my thighs once and apologised to which I forgive her but again for the second time she dropped hot wax and my skin got burnt badly to which I asked for ice and there was no ice in the salon.they just don't know the value of a customer and what customer service is. The girl kept telling me that I'm in hurry as other customers are waiting outside. This implies they just want to finish their work without giving customer satisfaction.

The other lady in the other room kept insisting me to go for rica wax without even looking or understanding my skin.

It's a very cheap and unhygienic parlor.their dresses, towels, room smell like anything.it's been 8 days since then n my burn is getting worse day by day. (Have a pic as the proof)

The girl Anu as well as Shanu (owner) apologised for the staff's action but what's the point. I did my half waxing and left on the spot without even finishing my waxing but they provide inexpensive services that's why it's cheap as the girls are not trained at all.
Very bad experience altogether as I left with tears and had the flight to catch in 2 hours.felt very helpless as I coulncou even go to other parlor and these people made me wait for 40 mins before doing this blunder!

Every second visit they will give you scratch on face or neck area. Sometimes act professional.

Place is good for Cutting but when some one rebinding the hair you can not sit down for a single moment. Ufff

This salon is very good in every service.
