I have never encountered more unsafe place to work. There is a pattern if erratic behavior from the so called "management " but more importantly it is the one particular guy who is totally deranged. This is the most unsafe place I had the misfortune of working. And yes attrition rate is sky high. I have seen women quitting span of less than 2 months.if you are reading this please don't go for this place. It's a bunch of unprofessional men's who only appreciate men's empowerment. As this organization is into women empowerment but u can see inside the behavior Between men and women also this organization is run by two old men's no one has no power to say anything. If u work under them u want to implement in their work ethics they will question your capabilities.they are old in the organization and they think they knew everything and they are running the world.
