Worst PG Ever! Food is pathetic and lunch is served in tiffin boxes not fresh. Students have to stay complete semester to get back security money. They will ask for rent in cash but they will say they will send money in account for your security money. 13 rupees unit for electricity.

It is worst pg I have ever seen they scamed me in money, worst food I suggest juniors not to visit their.

I usually don't write reviews often, but the customer service at Aggarwal PG Performance was the best I've ever had. I ordered wheels through them and Justin let me know every update on them and would reply within minutes anytime I had a question. Would recommend them to anyone!

Rooms are wayy smaller than portrayed in the pics (probably snapped in wide angle).

First they charge you an extra registration amount that you won't be informed about prior to coming even after multiple enquiries about costs. Electricity rates are too high (rs. 13/unit) and the meters are awry so be prepared for the expense.

As many other reviews point out, the security money is not returned by the owner and staff becomes very rude the moment you ask for your money. They will harass you if you go after your security deposit. Be aware.

I had been here for 25 days, so will give HONEST review of this PG. Both good and bad points. Note - SECURITY DEPOSITS were not given back. I will tell you what happened.

FIRSTLY, GOOD points:
- The food at the complete package they initially tell, is decent enough.
- Expect cleaning of the room to happen 4-5 days a week which is good.
- The area where PG is located is decently good with plenty small shops. However, the METRO STATION is almost 1km away.
- Non AC rooms had cooler which work decently as per the climatic conditions of Delhi.
- There were no curfew timings.

AND now the CONS -
- The infrastructure of the rooms is not good, just average. Spider webs are present on the walls.
- SPACE. The photos which are depicted on the website have been taken from an angle so that the size of the room look decent enough. However, in reality it is not so.
- Me and my co-sharer paid INR 7,500 each for the total package because smaller room displayed online was not spacious. Oh just wait, you will have to pay an extra amount of INR 500 as registration charges of which you will come to know about only when you reach there physically! Bingo. So, it is already INR 8,000 against your initial perception that INR 7,000 mai sab kuch ho jayega.
- ELECTRICITY CHARGE - This is the another real shocker. They will charge at INR 13/unit. This is unmatched in terms of normal rates which hover around 8,9 or at maximum 10 Rs/unit. Imagine INR 1,130 for 25 days for people going out for work except Sunday!
- RUDE BEHAVIOUR - Many of the reviews have already explained this. However, I was witness of this not just on the day when I went to claim my security deposits, but on the very first day I joined when I asked one of their staff members - "Bhaiya safai ka kya scene rehta hai yahn? ". To this I received a very terse and blunt reply - "Aapko saaf nahi lagg raha room? Ab aap bataiye ke aur kya hota". I was taken aback by these words as initially at the time of booking the room they were treating us courteously. This person, realizing that the reply he gave was marked with impropriety, then answered my question "ke roz maid ayegi saaf karne ke liye".

Issue of SECURITY DEPOSITS -
This is the worst of all issues which a person might face in this PG. First of all, I encountered online that the security deposits are to be given to the tune of INR 3,000. When reached there,
I had to pay INR 3,500 because of large room (this is an indication how important the money will hurt you once you seemingly falter on the terms of the agreement).
The agreement shall mention that the deposits will not be given back if the tenant does not notify the PG owners about their intention of leaving A MONTH BEFORE.
It is here me and my room sharing partner made a mistake. We both had intention to take a room for one month only and therefore "assumed" that this clause shall not apply to us. However, we should have informed about the same when we were initially booking room. And citing the same the owner denied giving a penny back to us (Total INR 7,000;3500 each) and behaved very rudely despite me politely asking for the money.

The point here is, this is essentially a disingenuous tactic to extract more money than you actually deserve. That registration charges were not initially informed as well as the high charges of security deposits solidify this point.

Agreeing that it was a miscommunication on our part, I requested the owner to charge a penalty but give back some portion, possibly half. However, the owner was relentless and completely rude.

I also asked him that why there is not an indicative question in the agreement form asking the expected duration of a possible tenant. The owner just rebuffed this question, and one can easily understand why he did so. Seizing security deposits is a chance which he will not miss at any moment, despite his customer having good faith. The implications of the terms are normally not understood by layman person. And this is the scope where THIS PG will hit you the most.

Just two small beds in a room, with no proper space left to even stand on the floor.
Almirahs are tiny.
No other space to keep stuff.

Very Good building Gali No 5, Owner and Staff are very cooperative, food is good. It's one of the best pg in Govindpuri with respect to the price they charge.

Worst place to stay. I suggest u, do not choose Aggarwal pg for ever other wise u will be in trouble.
Owner Rajiv Aggarwal is a culprit.

Don't go for the PG, they will never ever return your deposit amount, first they buy time with different excuses then they threaten you with false allegations, but some how they are not ready to give your security deposit, I am attaching two screen shots, one is two months old where I was promised by them that my amount would be returned and post two months they are not ready to return and giving me all the false allegations (just after two months of follow-up). FROM THIS YOU can find out the state of mind of this owner. I also request the victims of this PG plz raise voice in whatever acceptable capacity you can to save innocent people.

Don't trust them. This pg is owning by fraudsters. They will ask you for security amount in the beginning and tell you that they will return it when you'll leave. But truth is that they will never give back your money. I have been asking them for a week but they don't care and keep on giving me different excuses. Don't trust them guys they are FRAUD.

Find other pg in the same locality there are plenty of pg in govindpuri before you pay the security deposit or you will regret.

If you're far from your family and need a family feeling you should definitely chose this destination. They arranged everything very beautifully. If you want to make yourself comfortable with a calm surrounding you should definitely choose this placeland.

My overall experience over there is amazing.

Very bad experience from owner, they are just crooks who want to extort money from u. Pls read not just their but any pg agreements that u sign. Deposit money u won't even get back. Also the food is very bad and disgusting, lack of hygiene as once I saw a cocroach crawl out of the container they serve the food and never again felt like eating from there.

Worst PG, Rooms are too small and packed room, food quality is also not good and chapattis and Paratha are not cooked properly, 5th floor building but there is no lift and specially Owner they don't have humanity and they will never understand the people's problem, due to some personal Reason I left room within 7 days so I asked them to refund at least some amount because I have some personal family problem for the reason I have to leave and may be I will not come so I have requested them to refund Security Deposit which you have taken 3K atleast, but they will not understand and they will talk something else, and guys don't go through Photo's, Photo's will look good but actually the reality is very much different.

Worst PG I have ever been in. There is always water problem. Food quality is not good. Even their electricity meter are not working properly and if you tell them to change it, they will say it's your Meter you will have to change it and then you have to pay whatever they tell you to pay. Owners are very rude. They don't even know how to talk to people. They won't return your money if you have payed mistakenly. And if you had payed them security then forget it. They will never return it.

Apart from food everything in this PG is worst.
Owner don't want to take responsibilities for anything and always looking to make money through innocent students. Please be careful while stay there.

I am from Deshbandhu College, commute is easier from here also I am satisfied with the Food Quality, it holds more like our house's food. Also owners are supportive and washrooms are clean and hygienic. Completely satisfied with their service. Recommend people trying it out.
