Super multiplicity hospital run by Government but because of finest medical staff Doctors.

The atmosphere is good for patients and attendants.centrally air-conditioned. Lot of security. Staff is helpful. It's the best public hospital in Asia given the number of patients it handles everyday.

Atleast 2 person must go because campus is large and parking is far away. One person must park the vehicle and the patient must rush to opd line from gate no 1 at the same time

AIIMS Delhi has recently opened a new OPD and it has been a great addition to the hospital. The OPD is spacious and well organized, with plenty of seating areas. The staff is courteous and helpful. The registration process is fairly quick and efficient. The doctors are knowledgeable and provide excellent care. The waiting time is also quite reasonable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this OPD to anyone looking for quality medical care.

My first experience was very good Everyone was very helpful there. If you have any questions or queries you either go to the help desk or you can find people wearing yellow jackets. They are very helpful and there to guide everyone. It was very easy to get an appointment It was very fast and easy. But there is only one thing I don't like that it is quite far from the entrance gate no. 2, you will have to either take free transport they provide or take any rickshaw. The free one most of the time is full so it depends on your choice what to take

The government is doing a great service to humanity through such hospitals. Best in class doctors available at no charges.
The facility is a modern building. Air conditioned, with Lifts, escalators and ramps.
Some Tips
1. If possible, visit after taking an online appointment.
2. If travelling by car, enter from Gate 6 (From South-Ex side) and keep going straight.ample parking.
3. Don’t be disheartened by the long queues at the entrance, once inside the things are managed pretty well.
4. Be clear with your queries to the doctors, the doctors are very knowledgeable, patient and cooperative.

Special mention to the guards and volunteers. Managing such large crowds on daily basis is commendable. Keep up the good work

Extremely unmannered front desk staff! They laugh at u for no reason, keep you waiting, talk to their neighbors seated colleagues. If any senior or responsible people os reading this, kindly look into this. They literally call people like “ idhar aa/ jaa na waha, tu ja, tu dekh, abe sun, oye tu. Even those who are quite n calm people still they misbehave, feels like sadak k cheaplogo ko utha k appoint krdia hai.

Log poora din wait krte hai, sabar se, shanti par dir ye log behave tak nai krte aahi, ye boht galat hai. Sharam ati h, ki aisa sunne k liye log door door se aate hai.

One of the premier OPD facilities available. Doctors are very knowledgeable & good, they are more concerned about the root cause of the illness. They treat patients with utmost care. Not only Doctors, but also the nursing staff & guards are also very helpful.

The only constraint is the OPD appointment, one can book online but still one has to reach early, for early treatment. When I say early I mean 6 o clock. For those without an appointment or tatkal appointment, you need to reach the main gate at 3 am or early to stay in the line but that doesn't guarantee the appointment.

Queues for OPD registration is always the toughest part of AIIMS. It usually takes 2-3 hours to get your name registered and get an OPD card and it doesn't matter whether you are taking online appointment first or you're coming directly, ratios of people in queues are same.
For neurology department.
One should have a refer card from another hospital without it they are not going to make your OPD card and they will not even think twice about that. You should have a refer from another legitimate hospital otherwise your long and hard hours in queue will go in vain. Best of luck.

The treatment of delhi aiims so delay and treatment are not curable and the doctors are not in opd date. The patient will Serious day by day if he waiting for the aiims treatments. This is happen and i am the evidence.

Booking an appointment is difficult but do remember if you manage to handle the difficulties, the best doctor of India will treat you with minimum charges.

A huge amount of crowd here. You have to mentally prepare to face this crowd affirmatively.

Patients across the country try to take appointments by this point of view that all of their issues will be resolve here but here all of their hopes finishes by facing the rude and worst attitude of staff
