The best of this Air Arabia Airlines is rge leg space. For taller people like us, it's a blessing. Absolutely comfortable and totally un expected. The air crew staff, as well as the airline staff in the airports, are well informed and willing to support. Food served in both Chennai - sharjah and Sharjah -Baku was very good.

Had a worst experience of my life while traveling with Air Arabia their ground staff at IGI airport New Delhi is so rude inefficient with zero ethics they even have an amateurish way of handling baggage

The flights are always late and the food is not free and even normal meal is very bad and in less quantity

Run away from this airline.it's the worst nightmare that can happen to anyone. I booked the flight and mistakenly put in 6th instead of 5th. I called immediately for a change under 5 minutes as it's a mistake; they charged me over $200 for it, cancelled the 6th flight and removed their cancellation cost and credited rest for it. What a nightmare.

My worst ever flight experience. They only want money. Staff was very bad they dont even allow even 1 kg extra in handbag also and charges a wholesome amount of rupee (even if you are a student).
