Very bad service. Big NO to ALL
My 70 years old father suffered alot. They cancle the flight after long 10 hours of waiting. Very disappointing. Shame on you. Evn they didn't giving tickets for next 2 3 days. Dont buy it otherwise u will regret for choosing their airlines

Booking reference RIDMTJ amount Rs. 20152 still not received as part of refund. Ticket dated 10th February 2023, it has been 7 months now. I have received document with all refund calculation from Airindia. But no money received till date.

The building carries the past history of the Govt. Airline office, Air India, which existed at first as Indian Airlines, and then Air India in the Airlines House building of Sansad Marg.

This is the worst Airline in the history of mankind period. I booked with them only because my mom was traveling from US-Delhi & back all by herself and I wanted to get non stop flight for her. Little did I know that experience was going to be worst than connecting flight.
1. Delayed more than 4 hours from SFO and no explanation provided.
2. Delayed from New Delhi more than 12 hours with no explanation and my mom has been left stranded at the airport.

DO NOT FLY AIR INDIA UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!

This is most definitely the worst airline I have experienced. I decided to travel via Air India since I've never flown with them.i get my south American Visa from dheli.i book tickets for flying and I contact with them I can fly without any problems.i am Bangladeshi passport holder I have my visa I come indira gundi international airport for my boding pass everyone they are working new there my flight ️ dheli to Peru I have visa original document everything they are rude with me asking me stupid question that's mean they are don't have any experience. I humbly request please give the right person and who have experience. I never forget in my life they are rude with me and they are stand me more than two hours give my boding pass. I hope authority will take care of worker who doesn't have comen sence how to talk with costumer.

The company is just SCAM.they sold me priority seats and then gave me normal ones. The cabin crew and found staff just put blames on each other without any resolution.
Pathetic customer service, poor quality planes, low quality staff and pathetic coordination.
The timing is another icing on the cake. The flight is 6 hours late.
It's a shame that this is an Indian airline.
Disgusted and sad about the state of affairs and the reputation that it portrays. Let's the country down.

This is most definitely the worst airline I have experienced. I decided to travel via Air India since I've never flown with them. However, the airfare was old and the service in economy class was unacceptable. The arm rests were broken and were being held together with tape. The USB connection was broken. The in-flight entertainment did not work for the entire 15 hour journey from New York to Delhi. I reached out 1st to their CEO and since I didn't get a reply I tried to contact customer support. Their link did not work for weeks and then finally one day I got lucky. They wrote me back but still no resolution. Their agents do not understand what I am calling about. They overcharged my credit card by $12000 since they had a glitch with their computer system. When they refunded the money back they charged us surcharges. Totally disgusted with this airline.

IX247 - scheduled at 15: 15 on December 31,2022 has first been delayed for 17: 40, citing issues with the flight and ATC repairs at Mumbai airport.
Passenger baggage were checked in at 13: 30 and passengers were put in the lounge. At 16: 00 the flight was scheduled for 22: 00 hours. Talking to airline ground staff, there is still no confirmation on the flight departure.
Passengers which include children and elderly people are suffering. What are passengers to do with the free food? What about the sheer exhaustion and traumatic sufferings.
Is Indian Airlines listening or is it turned a deaf ear.

Air India Is near the Pnb bank
Nearest to Air India there is chai wala which make good tea but you will have to say special tea which cost around 15 rupees

Seats much roomier and more comfortable than comparable planes. Good service and friendly staff.

HQR of AI not open to public and has restricted access. Located in the close vicinity of most VIP offices and can be reached in a minimum auto fare from the Shivaji Stadium Metro station.

Worst air line ever, they rescheduled my flight without informing me now when I am trying to contact them no one is answering. This is how airindia is earing ridiculous.

Now development going very well need to be improve Air FM channels audio quality if we compared it private FM channels.
