Changed in flight with airindia express from 1235 to 14pm, expected to reach destination goa at 315pm, was at Delhi Airport till 330pm. Very poor customer service by both airlines, no support staff available to listen passengers. Taking advantage of 2hrs delay policy by these airlines to ruin the passengers plan with no apologies or share concern.

Scammers. They will try to charge you for everything.

A little advice: if you exceed the weight, you can take a 15kg suitcase for €25 (while in the cabin you can only carry 7kg), so if you are two or more people you can manage that same suitcase so that they do not charge you all. They will not tell you and they will force you to board and they will charge for each suitcase even if it exceeds only 1kg more.

In addition, customer service leaves much to be desired, they are very rude and will get on your nerves.

The planes are uncomfortable and old. The seat was stained, the screen didn't work and was cracked, the seat pocket was also broken. Oh, and bring a bottle of water because they won't even give you a glass (it should be noted that it was a 6h flight.)

And finally, they woke us up at 4: 30 in the morning on a night flight (we left at 00: 40 and arrived at our destination at approximately 6: 30) to sell us things. They turned on the lights and the hostesses walked around seat by seat asking if we wanted to buy. Thanks for making me lose half a day of my trip because I couldn't sleep.

I don't think I will use this airline again, more than helping it seems that they want to take advantage and laugh at the client, at least that's how I felt.

Recently, I flew with AirAsia and had the add-on, Xpress Ahead - Priority Services. However, at the airport, I was informed that Srinagar Airport does not offer this service. On that day, my baggage was expected to arrive early due to the Priority Service, but regrettably, my baggage was delayed. The travel date was September 5,2023, and the PNR is U646JT.

Apathetic careless people with inhuman arrogant and high headed egoistic officers without an iota of the sense of service and care! Referring to a recent nightmare at Guwahati airport!
No use even of repeated requests or complaining as the highest management and officers are hand in glove and full of misbehaving attitude and all your issues fall to a bunch of deaf ears and dumb heads! Arrogance at its peak!

One of the hope less airlines never keeps the time. Customer care is waste they don’t provide any resolution. I have an infant travelling with me and the flight keeps on getting delayed. No option of providing a food or compensation refund nothing. I frequently travel with Indigo and made a mistake booking air Asia. I have to cancel all my further bookings now and I have to bare the cost. I was suppose to land at 21.25 and now I am departing at 21.20. See the difference.hope less airlines.

€100 for carrying an extra 5kg, and on top of that they tell you as if they were doing you a favor. Thieves and above all rude and unpleasant

Third class service. First the cancled my flight from Hyderabad to bali and now they are not picking up my calls and are not replying to my mails i have been trying for a week.and whenever the delhi call center picksup the call.they says they cannot do anything etc.worst service.trapped with them.will never suggest anyone and will never travel with this third class airline.the staff is illiterate and chepo.don’t even have manners to talk…

I travel on your lucknow to Srinagar flight via delhi on 10/10/22 and my check in baggage (badminton racket) lost during transit and not received at Srinagar (j&k) made a complaint at Srinagar on same day but no response from any one. HTUITL pnr, no response

Bad experience my flight in air asia i flights always this company, but this time my experience is so bad! My two luggage was missing i check in manila international airport to new delhi, i ask the counter where i get my luggage counter said in new delhi airport. But sadly my two luggage until now is missing. Please somebody help. How to complaints.
