Airtel Express

So i visited today to port my sim from Jio to Airtel. The lady executive without even trying said porting to prepaid sim is not possible. I asked her if other shops are doing it and she pointed to a samsung store just opposite to it. Thank to her coz i got my job done from there. Why is Airtel wasting their resources for such a useless store.

One of the worst and disappointing places to visit. A person named Vijay and a duffer girl wearing specs sits there. They are running a scam, whether you go there for activation or any other issue, they just want to trap you into buying a new sim. If you already have a sim the girl would try to dupe you into converting the plan to postpaid. Mostly they give false information and when you will ask it in writing they will misbehave and refuse outrightly. Pathetic place, should shut down with immediate effect.

Staff only spoil people's time even though staff are not resolving queries

बहुत बेकार ओर लापरवाह मेनेजमेंट सेर्विस इस एयरटेल स्टोर की कस्टमरो के प्रति बहुत उदासीन ओर लापरवाह क़भी भूलकर भी न जाइये

बहुत ही बेकार स्टाफ है यहां का स्टाफ कस्टमर में तमीज से बात नहीं करता है यह पर पारस नाम का एयरटेल वालो का executive है वो बहुत ही बद्तमीजी से बात करता है कृपया इस एयरटेल स्टोर पर कोई न जाए।

Bad for Senior Citizens as they didn't send Airtel exec for my 80 year old mother who needs a duplicate sim. The staff said they cant send anyone due to covid.

Visited them for replacing faulty Airtel Sim.
There are 2 locations picture shown on this Airtel listing.
One is of old Airtel franchise near Mr.baker, Acharya Niketan, opp Pocket 1, Mayur Vihar Phase 1 which has stopped doing things like Sim replacement and billing things.
Second place is of Airtel Express that is currently run by Airtel itself.
And that is located between Patparganj village and Mayur Vihar Phase 1 near Shitla Mata Mandir on Patparganj road.
As per the conversation with Airtel official there is a walk in store and they do not have phone contact to share with their customers.
It is located on a narrow busy Patparganj road where driving and finding a place to park can be a challenge.
So using a e-riksha will be a good idea.
Getting the sim replaced was a pleasent experience unlike otherwise mentioned in other reviews.
